everything just ok. hotel now start looking old and tired and in need of a spruce up and some renovations.
I booked a sea view room and on arrival I was advised by the reception staff that sea-view is ment to be 45 degrees only!!
the music round the pool is very much in the hand of a DJ who does not necessarily take into account that guests may enjoy also some quiet moments.

Breakfast adequate
Shuttle bus advertised but did not exist. No second pool or private beach as advertised The beachfront area is currently a building site with 20 plus workers and all the associated mess and noise. My seaview consisted mostly of the building site.

The room size was good, clean. The lobby area and the main pool are nice to hang out.
There aren’t 2 pools. One is under construction. The pictures and descriptions on the website did not indicate this. The beach is not a beach. It’s about 2ft of sand. And it’s not the nicest. Once again the description on the website does not reflect this adequately. We didn’t have breakfast included. So paid for it for 1 day. It wasn’t worth the money. It was cold and sorry to say of not very good quality.

The pool was looking directly at the ocean.
The sea view rooms are not directly facing at the ocean. It’s angle so you have to really look out your balcony leap over the rail just to glance at the ocean. The bed and pillows are not my favorite, kinda hard to sleep on.

สภาพห้องพักควรปรับปรุง ให้สะอาดและใหม่
ไลน์อาหารเช้าควรทำให้ดี สมราคา
พนักงานที่เคาเตอร์ควรจะมีการรับมือและจัดการกับสถานการณ์ที่ลูกค้า complain ต่อหน้าได้ดีกว่าพูดแค่ขอโทษ

Room was "sea view " only from balcony. Should be advertised as "partial sea view". Restaurant menu was poor. Poor bar facilities.

The resort was little distanced from the main busy area of pattaya, which could be plus for some looking for quieter area to stay.
The hotel needs more maintenance as bathroom, balcony floors were old and discolored.

The position of the property was absolutely awesome! Right on the beach! Very spacious room with the sea view. Very clean.
The hotel really needs some renovations. Everything from floor carpets to bathroom fittings look old! The breakfast for 5 star hotel could be better.

I really like the property, however, booking.com is information is not updated. booking.com said there is shuttle bus, however, the hotel said that has been closed due to Covid. that caused me a great travel to my itinerary.
also booking.com forced me to book 2 rooms for two adults and two kids, however, the hotel staff said actually I can top up for one bed when I arrived in which booking.com did not say

Would I recommend it ? Yes most certainly.
Being secluded would be perfect for most, but, for us, the location was not practical as it is far away from main attractions and amenities. Also as it was raining a lot it changes the whole outlook of the place.

good location, good price, and good service. if you love the Thai northern style of the hotel, you might love it here.
the room and facilities look a bit old. I’m concerned about the cleanliness. They do the cleaning but I’m not sure if is it clean enough. there is a little sand on the floor if you walk in barefoot but they do give you sandals in the wardrobe.
