Warm welcome on arrival. Everything clearly explained. Room had everything I needed. Bathroom clean, shower had good pressure. Soap and hand lotion provided good quality. Liked that there were lounge and fitness facilities too. Will use again when I next visit my friends.

The management might want to change the taxi firm they have business cards for. I used this company for a return journey at specific times. They were not punctual (three quarters of an hour late for the return to Emsworth B & B) nor especially polite.

We loved the welcome that we received on arriving. Our hosts were so warm and explained everything to us. The room was lovely and quiet and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing and the kitchen staff very pleasant to deal with. It was only a short drive into the township and the parking at the B & B was really spacious.

As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted by the friendliest staff! The breakfast was superb and the staff couldnt have been nicer. The bed was comfortable and the room was very nice for the price. Will definitely be staying again

Breakfast was excellent and I was provided with what I had requested..staff were all very professional with a very nice manner..would definitely stay again..and am actually looking to stay again in Sept..would definitely recommend.
