Room nice, Friendly staff, great location to the old Port, Motor bike friendly and very safe!

Tea & coffee facilities very good but only one coffee provided. I think if two guest there should of been two of each.

Great location in the old town which was walking distance to the harbour & restaurants & bars. Hotel had secure onsite parking & reception staff were friendly & spoke English.

Staff were so friendly and helpful.

Hotel was much better what we expected, when reading the reviews. Bed was good, it was clean and quiet, staff gave good tips for dinner. Great place for short stay.

Like everybody says, shower is very small and waterpressure is low, but you can manage with it.

Loved the breakfast.. buffet with a fair range of choice and good quality. The egg boiler was fun. The hotel is very centrally located and the decor is interesting. Staff were polite and friendly.

The hotel is difficult to find with Google maps and the streets around are one way and quite narrow. The directions from the hotel were OK so make sure you use them It's definitely worth paying for parking.

Bed too soft, pillow too hard, it was hard to sleep. Very hard to shower - shower box super small and water pressure/temperature keep fluctuating making having a proper shower very difficult... And despite a large lobby area, there is no proper space for people to relax (or work) other than the very uncomfortable and noisy coffee shop.

The staff were fabulous. The hotel was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast is exactly as expected.

Walking back at night was a little daunting as it was on a very quiet back street

Black mould in shower, black hand marks on bathroom ceiling, damaged moulding in bedroom, ceiling covering falling off, marks on ceiling above bed, no elevator.
