For being an Italian middle class hotel thre breakfast was excellent. Good fitness room.

There should be real fruit juice for breakfast. The TV offer could be better (and better organized).

there is very little parking available in the surroundings, and even the paid car park that they offer as an additional service, was full, so we didn't have access to it

Everything was very good. Staff friendly. Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice. Bus transport into Turin was very efficient and nearby. The castle is well worth a visit in Moncalieri.

Some extra coat hangers would be nice.

Staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

One of the best breakfasts we had so far. There was plenty of choices both sweet and savory and everything was very good. They even had gluten-free and dairy-free options available. Nice location by the river not far from Torino. Rooms were simple but clean. Overall great value for money.

The free parking was very small and always occupied, so we had no choice but to park inside where the cost was 7€/night.

The receptionists, cleaning-lady and breakfast-staff were all very professional. Five-star service! Thank you. Room: no carpet floor. Bed was comfortable. Fridge included had two drinking-glasses pre-cooled - five-star service. Bathroom was fine - doors to the shower, however, a bit difficult to manoeuvre. Breakfast was fine, sitting outside on the balcony. With our bicycles, it was very easy to get from the hotel to Turin and its suburbs.

The small window in the room. The hotel is directly on the river Po, but it's not possible to sit on the bank of the Po. This was disappointing for us.

The hotel is modern, clean and accessible

The staff isn’t very welcoming or friendly. The Covid rules are too rigid, they would have been appropriate maybe last year, but now they just field too much. Even though we said at the time of booking that we were travelling with a baby, we weren’t given a cot, which I would expect in a 4 star hotel. There are no drinks or snacks available to buy from the hotel, which, again, I find a bit poor for a 4 star hotel (we only asked for soft drinks at around 5 pm).
