Great location, fine for a few nights knowing we were not going to spend much time in apartment. Two bathrooms were handy for the 5 of us. All was clean and kids enjoyed the brekky. Beds were comfortable including the additional bed for the 3rd child.

Great location! Walking distance to all tourist attractions, shops, restaurants and bars. Clean room. Breakfast included in the stay was really good! Staff are very friendly and helpful!

Very small room. No space for our language. Feels a bit claustrophobic. Room was facing the street and you can hear people walking and talking outside. They should isolate it better.

This property is located in the city center of Madrid near to Chueca or Plaza del Sol. For us visiting Madrid for Pride, it was a perfectly located. The room was small but enough for us. It was clean. The staff was very kind.

I stayed there with two of my kids one baby and a toddler they had a fence thing that was on the upper bed which was not practical, also the room was too small you can barely fit one suitcase in there , the elevator broke when we needed to check out and I had to carry the luggage three levels in the stairs , the power went off the day before check out , the breakfast how ever was nice , the location was perfect you can go pretty much anywhere on foot , the staff were helpful and friendly the even gave me a discount for the breakfast on check out because I went through the trouble of carrying my luggage by my own .

I don't like this hotel. Its not what I expect from pictures. Old hotel.

I travel to Italy few times per year. Always stay in same location. This hotel was worst in a list. No communication at reception, Staff did not care about us absolutely. Room and hotel very old. Bathroom is a another point. All times problem with a water at bath tube. I will never stay at this place again.

the reception was so helpful my adapter wasn’t compatible the reception. man gave me one I didn’t know how to go to las rozas the lady helped me and gave me a charged metro card to go on my day of checkout one of the reception staff helped me to bring my luggage down the ladies in the restaurant were so sweet

Pretty rude staff and expensive for what you get.

The hotel is perfectly situated on a street corner to the main commercial boulevard, close enough to Plaza Espania, Palacio Real and other tourist objectives. It was very clean and the bathroom was large enough and supplies were provided (even toothbrush tools). The water in the shower had adequate pressure and temperature. The beds were comfortable. The internet was fine.

The room is not so large and you can hear noises from the other rooms. Some more electrical outlets should be provided.

It was close to different historical places, stores, restaurants, etc.

It wasn’t that modern. There is only one and small elevator for the whole hotel, sometimes we had to take the stairs. When we arrived, we had to lift the suitcases because the elevator at the entrance was not working. They were very strict with the schedule for breakfast, they wouldn’t even let you stay a bit longer just to drink a cup of coffee.
