great location, great food, clean and comfortable and very affordable

Very good place to stay. Great customer service at the restaurant. Great customer care overall, very hardworking staff, always ready to assist (10/10). Very clean room and very clean hotel overall. Excellent breakfast and dinner with high level of attention to the details. High quality food and customer focused staff. Very close to train station and the beach. Would definitely stay again next time in Salou. Highly recommended.

People reserving sun beds and not utilising them for hours. The hotel clearly states they are against this but it’s unfortunate that people find it too difficult.

The hotel was very clean. Lovely big room. Friendly staff. Lovely clean pool. Restaurant was lovely. We only had breakfast - lots of selection. Great location.

The food of the restaurant, the staff members, all the activities that they organize during the day/night for kids and adults: live music, perfomances, etc. The room was clean & cosy and the location is also great🤗

Everything else... the room was noisy at night, the buffet didn't have any variety at all and not really tasty for the price we paid. Although we paid the full board, we had to pay for every drink during buffet (water, soda, beer...) as they were not included at all.
