Clean modern hotel. Staff nice.

Bedroom walls are paper thin. Woken up at 5 am by a group of girls returning from their night out. Could hear them chat in the next door room.

A rua onde estava situado

Alguns Funcionários, em especial Julia e a chefa Maria. Pão do dia anterior no restaurante. Muito degradado para ser 4 estrelas. Quase um 3 estrelas diria eu.

Nice sauna and pool

Housekeeping claimed they threw the shirt I left behind away. Housekeeping steals in this hotel.

Location - playa de Palma is not a pleasant area of Mallorca - not the hotel's fault, obviously, but unless you're on a stag/hen do type holiday, stay clear...

sauna didn't work

Great location ,close to all amenities. Clean hotel , rooms good with fantastic veiws,good food ,and friendly staff,would stay again.

Location, breakfast

We spent one night here and checked into our standard twin room with ease. Welcome cocktails were provided while we sorted out the paperwork and keys at the reception. There is a limited number of parking lots in front of the hotel but free whole day off-street parking is available in the neighbourhood along Carrer de Villagarcia de Arosa. The hotel is on the doorstep of the beach which is only 400m away and 6 minutes on foot to Balneario 9. Alternatively, you could use the rather inviting swimming pool out in the front. Another advantage of staying here is the proximity to Palma de Mallorca Airport (5 km away or 7 minutes’ drive). Excellent buffet breakfast is served with a wide range of choices. Our allocated room (No. 105) is compact but modern with air-conditioning. Being on Level 1, it is also very close to the breakfast room and there is easy access via the stairs to the ground floor (no need to wait for the lift).

Room 105 does not have any nice views as it is too low. Given a preference, we would have chosen the higher floors in this twelve-storey hotel. Otherwise, it has been a near perfect accommodation.
