The place exceeded my expectations. I save diesel fuel as I've just parked my car safely and they were taking me free of charge to near beach and Waterfront by a neat drivers who explained all activities around capetown that we can attend . I couldn't believe alll this. I am definitely coming to this place again in my birthday month October

The location was really good, also the breakfast, the staff and the comfort.
Something very useful was the shuttle to some parts of the city and no extra cost.

The staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating. It was great being in Cape Town and being overly unaware of load shedding.
When I booked (Booking.com) I required a mountain facing room. It was not the case when I got there. If I had to get the room, I would have to pay extra.

the carpet floor and bathroom facilities were disastruous - very dirty, and that set with us during the stay. One of the pillows sheet looked reused and not changed. we asked to reserve the cinema - it doesnt work, but they offered instead a pitty drink from the reception.

Extremely friendly staff, beautiful room with lovely view and fabulous spa treatments. Pool was clean, spa relaxation area gorgeous. Great breakfast!
