Hotel położony nad plażą, ładne baseny z słodką woda, duża ilość leżaków, zarówno hotel jak i ogród zadbany, codziennie sprzątany. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. Menadżer hotelu cudowny człowiek dbający o komfort gości i starający się pomóc w każdej sytuacji. Śniadania bardzo dobre, urozmaicone, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Piękna promenada prowadząca z hotelu do portu, spacer około 50 minut wzdłuż morza.

Extremely rude reception staff. Unhelpful, serious lack of customer service, defensive, and argumentative to the point of raising their voice and reprimanding me for wanting to check in 1 hour earlier. The room was right next to the elevator, so the elevator sounded as if it was literally inside the room. Extremely noisy and made my stay very unpleasant.

Good location, very relaxing, not too crowded, friendly. Possible to rent a bicycle. Super walking area. Super seaside.

Accès aux chambre par une porte sas. Toutes les portes font un bruit très fort à chaque fermeture ou ouverture. Dans le même sas que le mien, il y avait une autre chambre occupée par trois personnes et toutes les 5 minutes on entendait 2 portes … Au petit déjeuner les jus de fruits sont industriels, goût chimique ainsi que les boissons chaudes

The location itself is very nice. Was our first trip to Cyprus and we were impressed; I would l definitely return here and also recomment it.

I liked everything and all the staff from reception was very kind and helpful, unfortunately I got the chance to encounter a lady from cleaning who was a little moody. Except that , everything was perfect.

-Lors de la réservation m, aucune information sur le travaux de construction à côté qui commencent à 6h30 et qui durent toute la journée ! Impossible de se reposer en journée ou de profiter du balcon. - Grand choix au petit déjeuner mais rien est excellent et c’est bruyant, qq un nous place… une vraie usine ! Difficile de profiter de ce moment. - Hôtel éloigné du centre touristique et du centre historique, un seul resto à proximité.

Good value for money. Helpful staff, free shuttle for min 3 nights. Great view. Spacious room with a bathtube. Good breakfast.

Location a bit far from the main street. A breakfast package was promised on my early check-out but was not delivered.

Aor conditioned room was large, clean and comgortable overlooking the two swimming pools.Kettle and cups supplied as well as hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Everything you could need for a pleasant stay. Breakfast buffet was varied and catered to all tastes. This is a Blue Lagoon Kosher Hotel.

Indoor and outdoor pools dont open until 9am so I couldn't go swimming before work. I found tgat disappointing.

Good location and close to the old town and beach fronted. Large and spacious with an airy and light feel. Only had breakfast and pool side snacks but both were very good, generous and well presented.

Little tired in places and just needs a bit of TLC to keep it current and busy.

Poor cleaning standard and not even a basic service. I asked for a blanket and they told me it's summer and I don't need it, therefore they will not give me. I ordered a tour and shuttle to the airport with them and they kept me waiting and didn't provide. Most staff is not even nice.

Breakfast was good. Wide range of food to choose from. Rooms are neat and tidy with everything you need. The ladies at reception were kind and very helpful, only the one guy when we checked in that was not.

There were screaming kids running in the corridor at 2am a few of the nights. Noise in the corridor echoes through the entire hotel floor. And then one unfriendly guy at reception who was quite reluctant to help or answer questions upon our arrival.

Food was very good. Swimming pool was also nice. Staff was pretty friendly and helpful.

Air conditioning in room was too strong, and no temperature indication on control panel, so it was pretty cold at night

The pictures of the hotel are nothing like pictures on booking.com had to wait 3 days to be moved only to be moved to the same style of apartment when I showed the manager the pictures I had booked she laughed and said the those pictures were taken 14 years terrible customer service it was so bad we changed our flights and came home 4 days early. I blame Booking. Com just looked at their reviews and terrible.

Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Alina at the reception and the lady at the restaurant. Very diverse and wide selection of food for breakfast and dinner. Large room, with beautiful sea views. Close to the hotel there is a Lidl store and a small shop inside the hotel. Bus station very close to the hotel. Airport shuttle provided free of charge by the hotel. Walking distance from the Tombs of the Kings.

The swimming pool closes at 19:00, it is too early for the summer. Some additional maintenance needed : shower faucet, outside wall in front of the restaurant

we booked mainly because of the room size and the kitchen and washing machine facility, the in house gym and spa and the airport transfer. we booked a suite, it had great kitchen facilities and a washing machine which a bonus on a 2 week holiday. the pool was lovely outside and a great view of the ocean, lots of beds. Venus beach is easily accessible next door to walk too (5mind) which has clear water and a sandy beach. lidl is across the road and a few restaurants including jimmy’s which is a must to visit. the strip is a short 20min walk away with bars and restaurants. there is a electric scooter parking point opposite lidl, they were fun but can only be parked in specific places so don’t get caught out like we did and take them way too far and have to find a parking point back. the hotel Pool bar is lovely with great drinks and food for a snack or lunch very decent prices. reception is always there to help you. seeing lots of staff around cleaning and tidying in the morning. Spa is free. beds are free, gym is free (see below for more info). free parking.

First our taxi driver from the airport was a bit dangerous, fast and pulled out on a lot of cars. the hotel wifi isn’t great, works in certain areas but cuts out. our room was next door to a construction site which a couple of days they had diggers on at 7:30am. we tried to change but another room offered wasn’t as good so we stayed. THERE IS NO ROOFTOP BAR. NO DUMBBELLS in the gym, dumbbells provided are wobbly. some of the equipment is rusty which is dangerous when operating it. The hotel needs a general paint job it’s starting to show cracks in the walls and rust. The lift is dirty and slow and hot to stand in, one lift for a huge hotel is probably not the best, we used the stairs a lot. Breakfast is ok, same everyday, boiled eggs did not peel, alot of pastries and cheese and processed meats. for healthy eaters we stuck to just porridge by the end and our own protein shakes, would have liked to have seen more healthy options. I noticed the hotel had a certain community, jewish and quite religious. I was stared at alot being tall and blonde and got spoken about behind my back a few times I noticed. Reception has no air con and the mini bus to the airport had no air con and a window was broken so my partner could not have any air, he felt a little sick buy the time we reached the airport. the chandeliers in the lobby need a clean and dust down. Little details I notice about the hotel which would make it feel a lot more impressive. it has a lot of potential.

Rude staff, hotel falling to bits, they took my blanket off the bed one day, when I went to get another one they rufused and said if I want a special request to come back in the morning. Surprised they think a blanket on the bed is a special request. I managed to get a thin sheet off them in the end!

The pool the breakfast and the staff were good loved it. The room was clean and tidy and comfortable.

We booked a room with a view but in our room you could hardly see the view i could have saved the extra money paid for the view for something else if i knew. And the building is a bit old.

Reception staff were rude and unaccommodating. They told us we had a room with adjoining balconies with our friends. This wasn't the case. Then when we did go to our rooms our friends had a view of a building site
