The rooms are a little tired, it most definitely needs a little revamp.

Stylish, lots of room inside and out, ALL the staff are very friendly and polite. This was our second visit this year and we will be back next year

You have to wear long trousers and dress shirt for some of the restaurants which in this day and age (and heat) is a bit old fashioned

Breakfast was amazing and the location was superb! Room size was large and we had a balcony looking over the sea. So many places within walking distance. Staff friendly and helpful

Maybe because it was off season but there were so so many old people there, we were by far the youngest and the hotel was full

I travel monthly, or bimonthly for leisure, staff had excellent training, never got flustered and we're very obliging and considerate. My room was upgraded to a full sea view on check in. Stayed in early March, was fortunate with the weather.

A little bit of a walk to city centre, but it was good exercise

The location is nice, also they have good pools and spa. Breakfasts were excellent and varied. I had bday during our stay and the hotel presented me a cake and balloons. It was really super cute.

Nice Breakfast and location.

Room was available to be cleaned/change of supplies from 10:30-13:30 and 15:00-19:00. No-one came. We had to ask for supplies. On the contrary, we have been disturbed twice during the day for the minibar that we don't use. No sofa in the room or any other chair to sit with comfort...Just a small chair for someone to sit with no back below the mirror. Very uncomfortable. We had to sit on the bed.

WE CHECKED IN ON NOV. 6 AND CHECKED OUT ON NOV. 10 The hotel staff was not professional, especially the reception desk was REDICULOUS because they were slow and unfriendly. I ad to repeat everything twice because they didn't know their job. Only Mr. Peter in the front reception desk was a gentleman. ALL THE LADIES IN THE FRONT DESK RECEPTIONISTS WERE RUDE AND THEIR ATTITUDE WAS UGLY. I would like YOU to contact me personally and I will explain explain everything. I called the hotel this morning but the lady receptionist said : "I AM VERY BUSY AND I CANNOT RESPOND TO YOUR COMPLAINTS" I gave her ALL MY TELEPHONE NUMBERS because she said she will call me back, but as of all day until late tonight there was no call from the hotel at all. In fact she never even left a message to the general staff at all about this mishap, and their mistake. I AM TOTALLY DISGUSTED AND DISAPPOINTED AT THAT HOTEL. THE NAME OF THIS HOTEL IN PAPHOS IS : "ALEXANDER THE GREAT HOTEL", BUT IT SHOULD BE : "ALEXANDER THE TERRIBLE HOTEL" My telephone number is : +972-54-397-3412

This Hotel ILLEGALLY OVERCHARGED ME FOR ANOTHER ROOM THAT I DID NOT RESERVE. First when I checked in with 2 rooms booked and confirmed with proof, they tried to convince me that I booked 3 rooms and they wanted to charge me for 3 rooms. I had to show prove to them by my confirmation from YOU that I booked only 2 rooms. THAT WAS OUTRAGEOUS ON THEIR PART FOR NOT BELIEVING ME, AND THEN I SAW WHEN I ARRIVED HOME, FROM MY BANK, THAT THEY ACTUALLY CHARARGED MY CREDIT CARD FOR THE EXTRA ROOM THAT I DID NOT ORDER OR CONFIRM. That to me seems dishonesty.

Nice hotel with a very central location, close to everything in Paphos. The view from our room was extraordinary. Some small, but nice beach is a few steps down. The asian restaurant in the hotel was very good. We used their spa and it was also very nice.

The breakfast had a huge variety of many nice dishes, but all juices were really bad, we stopped even to try them. We saw that others also leave them on the table. We were staying in 5 hotels on the island this time and this was the most expensive with the worst juices... The fruits at the breakfast were also not the first quality...
