BE AWARE .. they have BED BUGS!!! We had a room on the top floor and we were bit like hell for 2 nights until we realised the issue. We were eventually moved to second floor but there was nothing else the staff did. My understanding is that Marriott Group policy is a full refund and lots of membership points but we got nothing. Not even a free clothes washing. Secondly, the A/C is not working at all. Apparently, they are doing the maintenance work but I have not seen any during my 5-nights stay. Not to mention that complaints around this topic are posted by other users since long time. Therefore I believe this is just a lie to cut costs down with the energy. What maintenance work takes more than 1 months? I will definitely file a complaint to Marriott Group. The only thing they offered to us for free was the parking… which by the way is actually some empty space in the back of the building.. Navigating from it to the hotel reception is a nightmare; you need to pass through the Spa and the inner garden. Whereas the staff was fairly ok, I never had a tiny feeling that they are professional in hospitality.

The air conditioning was not working all stay though

New hotel, very clean, with nice admosphere. Very close to supermarkets, restaurants, ski rentals and 5 minutes walk from gondola station.

Small indoor pool and the spa facilities could be better.

Este nou. Curățenie perfectă. Miroase frumos in camera si in baie. Cald si bine. Micul dejun variat si bogat. Locatia excelentă. Gradina interioară este cochetă Sauna este bine organizata. Lenjeria prosoapele vesela totul este nou.

Nu exista pe scari loc pentru tras bagajele pe roti. Multe camere nu au acces din lift ci doar din scari.Masina de schi nu merge pana la ora 12 ca la alte hoteluri cu mai putine pretenții. Piscina interioară este mica si modestă . Luminile de 6000k nu sunt recomandate.

I liked how nice the receptionist was, she was making sure that we are comfortable enough, because our room didn’t have a balcony and she was kind enough to move us to another room really fast.

I didn’t enjoy that the pool was closed, because we were looking for a hotel with nice spa and pool and that was a little disappointing. Also we have paid 500lv for two nights and we had to pay 60lv more just for the parking was a little annoying given the fact that it could be included in the high price.

Location to town and gondala was perfect. Boot room very helpful and lobby is open, spacious and a nice place to relax after a day on the slopes.

The rooms are inadequate for purpose and not as shown in the photos. The sofa is bed is more of a chair fit for a child not an adult, unwell you want your feet into the corridor. The radiator leaks making the floor and your belongings soaking wet. Staff are incredibly rude, unhelpful and uncompaasionate (especially the blonde receptionist who refused to give us her name). She shouted at us on arriving to the hotel as she booked the wrong people into the wrong room. Shocked at being shouted at in the middle of lobby on our first arrival to the hotel and country for her mistake. Despite signs all around the hotel for no smoking, the rooms we we allocated had clearly been used for as smoking rooms. When asked if we could move room we denied, though people staying in those rooms had serve asthma. On return to the UK she had to visit her gp as an emergency due to exerbation of her asthma. We were informed there we no spare rooms. Managers refused to speak to us to help come to a solutions. So we had to spend a week in wet, cramped, sale old cigarette smelling rooms. On our final day we received an email stating if we wanted to extend our stay we could, this confused and frustrated us immensely as we told on several occasions there were no space rooms anywhere in the hotel! I would never stay at this hotel or recommend it.

Good location to shops, ski slope and restaurants. Lobby great space to relax, bar staff welcoming and very pleasant.

I liked that it was in the city center and near to the slopes. The sauna was good, the heating was good. The photo gallery on booking is kind of styled in order to look better. The shuttle driver was the only guy smiling in there and being kind.

We arrived early in the morning and unfortunately we had to wake up the receptionist…she’s very grumpy in the morning..the boss should offer them some coffee… Unfriendly staff, poor food, poor value for the prices we paid (150€/night) in a 4 stars superior hotel. Food equals to a 2 stars hotel. Small pool, bowling overpriced, I understand the fact that people should buy drinks from the bar at dinner but you could at least offer water from the machine. The water machine is available only for breakfast. The cleaning ladies are very attentive when cleaning your room, I attached the photo of our freshly cleaned room ;)

lots of space in hotel , also liked that family room had 2 rooms, spa facilities very good. New years was organised very well and they kept us well-fed and entertained at a bar with bigger space. The staff was friendly.

couldn’t pay by card , only cash . breakfast/dinner facilities are too small for this hotel and if you aren’t early then the food goes cold and there’s no space.

Good location, excellent spa facilities, tasty glfood at the restaurant, warm rooms, ski wardrobe where your ski boots are drying on a rack. However, wasn't very secure as the door was not locked. Luckily nothing happened. I have been staying in this hotel previously and it is one of my preferrable in Bansko due to its location, new spa and restaurant.

The first transfer to the gondola was after 8am, the receptionists were not informed well and couldn't accommodate us earlier check in and later check out although we were prepared to pay for it. I appreciate if the hotel was fully booked the a few rooms around ours were not occupied throughout our stay which is an indication that there was an option, just they didn't bother.

The food was not good as expected.

The hotel reminded me of faded glamour! The reception was very nice very much let down by the quality of the food which was dreadful and the room which was old.

Great location in the centre of town and a short walk to the main gondola. But to be honest have a word on your first day skiing and get picked up in a taxi for 10lev each every morning at 8:45am was so much better than queuing. Hotel facilities were amazing, great spa, food was good, rooms cleaned daily and a bowling alley next door! If they offer me an additional 10% off my next booking I would do it before the end of the month!

Some staff could be friendlier at times but most were generally helpful and friendly, what can I say most don't really like Brits abroad.
