Very caring hosts and clean and comfortable rooms!

streets were very smelly after festival

Scott and Helen were very friendly, helped carry luggage up the stairs and recommended some places to eat and visit. Welcome packet in the room with recommendations on activities and where to find places to eat, as well as a mini fridge and complimentary breakfast basket which was a nice touch. Room was spotless and bed was comfortable. Great location, only 5 minute walk from the beach and pier. 10/10 would definitely stay again!

Only downside was the amount of stairs to the top floor rooms, but the room definitely made up for it.

Location, friendly owner, cleanliness of the bedroom

Easy walking distance to all major visitor sites in Brighton. Especially the pier, the i360, upside down house and Pirate adventure golf which offers delicious ice creams and fish and chips. Also close to Volks Railway.

Didnt realise the amount of stairs there would be to get to our room which was on the 4th floor.

Hosts were very welcoming. We were upgraded at no extra cost! The room was lovely and had everything you would need. Facilities worked perfectly. This was our first time to Brighton and would definitely stay again! Would highly recommend.
