Very clean, great breakfast, staff extremely helpful and friendly plus fantastic location and pool area.

Rooms could do with an update but apart from that it's a great place...

There wasn’t a lot that we enjoyed. The older life guard was the only nice thing about the place, he was attentive and very helpful around the pool.

Everything, the food was vile and I don’t know how it was served. The staff not speaking English was a huge issue as there was little to no communication. We were here for a week and unfortunately had no other choice because we had paid for the “privilege” but I would advise anyone and everyone never to think what we did “the pictures look nice and it’s cheap” No, you get what you pay for and to be honest for what you get it was EXPENSIVE

Apartment was fairly good and clean, pool ok. There was enough food, perhaps not a vast amount of choice, but expected for 3 star hotel.

I stayed half board and apearantly drinks were not included which I find it very unusual. Moreover, the restaurant staff refused to serve even water,but I could get water from my room. This is quite ridiculous.

Good location, close to beach. Room nice and quiet, away from main street. Beds were nice and firm. Nice, friendly colour scheme of hotel. Helpful staff. Good buffet breakfast.

Critical: Some electrical outlets were coming apart (eg. card slot by door, kitchen power point). Microwave turntable not turning. Not critical: Water was draining from hand basin despite plug. Entrance door lock area quite worn. Cushions and blankets not great.

Great location, 👍 close to all amenities, friendly,helpful staff. Room clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again .

The receptionist’s behaviour was really unfriendly and don’t speak english. Restaurant wasn’t clean. We’ve got diarrhoea from food from first day.

Amazing location just by the beautiful massive beach and surrounded by shops and restaurants, close to pubs and clubs.

Old, some things dirty. Staff sometimes unhelpful. The AC generator on the balcony was very annoying since it does not necessarily depend if YOU use the AC but if your neighbor uses it. Can hardly have a conversation while its on. And nothing can be done.

The place needs major renovation. Poor breakfast quality. no proper bedsheets. Specifically asked for silent room and I got room with the bar behind the wall. very thin walls. No proper cleaning. bad communication with receptionist.
