Food choices were great. Perfect location for shops and beach. Staff very friendly.
Long check in wait with only 1 person on desk and a large group checking in in front of us. Bedroom wasnt the cleanest.

The rooms are clean, everything is cleaned, the restaurant and the view from the window are beautiful, and the water in the pool is warm and clean, the ocean is nearby and the water in it is turquoise and warm😋🔥🔥🔥

The pool in the tropical palm trees garden and the all inclusive meals. Also, location was fine with a direct beach access.

arrived home from work at 6.30 am, had a do not disturb sign on the door. was woken up at 10am by a really loud noise which lasted over an hour until I had to leave it was so loud. I went to reception they said sorry and a manager would contact me. no manager contacted me. messaged them threw booking.com and they sent no apology. they said they can make as much noise as they need to even if a do not disturb sign is up. but this was 10am on a Saturday morning. wish I could upload the video so you can hear how loud it was from inside the room.

We had three wonderful weeks at hotel Alte Marine and we hope we can come again.
Brekfast and dinner was very good there is no problem to finde somthing to ert.

The room was very comfortable and clean. The food was very tasty, varied and plentiful. The staff is absolutely friendly and helpful. Everything was very perfect. The hotel was in great place near the beach.

Nice and clean. Lovely palms and cacti decorating the garden, pool area and even lobby. Very close to a perfect beach. Staff always cheerful, courteous and helpful.

We had all inclusive packet. Breakfeasts, lunches and dinmers were excellent. Also bufet next to pools and bars were also plus.
The chess figures could be repaired. Some of them are damaged.

location is great. also staff helpful and head working
property is listed as a 4*. maybe it ONCE was but it is tired and run down. carpets are stained and worn. information signs are taped to crumbling plaster walls. the food is dreadful and I found nothing appealing other than the snacks served at the pool bar. we paid to upgrade our room and paid 8 euro daily to park car. the chilly mini bar fridge in our room was warm and needed to be switched out. also the bathrooms near restaurant and pools should have been better maintained.

everything so clean and well kept, everything is within walking distance. beach/supermarkets/ night bars. Staff are the friendliest and most helpful you will meet and go above and beyond to make it feel like a special time. Beautiful location and food. absolutely perfect.

Location was perfect, just few meters from the beach.
The buffet and all inclusive was not well prepared and with poor options.

Cleanliness is spot on,good location.decent variety of food , staff is very nice and helpful , rooms are spacious .
Poor entertainment,only one/two socket in the room,no minibar,small and cold pools., very long check in process .What is not the hotels fault is 98percent of the guests are elderly german pensioners with very demanding and arrogant attitude .Generally this is more like a strong 3 star hotel rather than 4 star.
