The breakfast was good and location was acceptable.

Cleanliness

The worst experience of my life. I saw public WC's cleaner than our rooms. I don't think the rest of the details are needed giving the fact that we leaved from there because of mold from the bathroom , without getting any money back.

The hotel is in a quiet place, lots of greenery.

Hotel building is old and in general is not clean, bathrooms, rooms, restaurant area, cutlery etc. Most of the hotel staff do not speak English (exception the Reception staff) and no customer care orientation. Pool is too deep for non swimmers (2m deep).

Very dirty.

Missing of WI-Fi in the room was not apreciated by kids

Nice pool, pool bar, Albena resort is beautiful, with lots of sports facilities. Beautiful beach and beach activities. Lots of nice restaurants and bars. When elevator is working, the hotel gives easy access to the beach. Good parking facilities. Very good reception staff. Still dont know how they coped with all these kids lol.

The elevator to beach didnt work, we were a bit disappointed long walk to hotel at night. Lots and lots of children, hundreds, I think it was a school trip. With unsupervised children everywhere. If you could beat the kids to drinks machine and buffet bar, food was good. Lots of children leaving same day as us. I think they took the whole breakfast buffet with them. During normal times, I'm sure our stay would have been really pleasant. It's not that I dont like children, but would have taken me too long to eat them all.
