Good location in the heart of Reykjavik. The staff was friendly, helpful and efficient. The unit was very clean. It had everything we needed and a lot we didn’t.
The heating system was the radiator type so that takes some getting used to. That said, it worked as it was supposed to.

A very spacious well appointed apartment in an excellent location. Very generous breakfast with fresh bread.
Our third floor apartment had very limited headroom in the bathroom due to the sloping roof, no good for tall people.

Great check in. Very easy and the room was ready early which was a bonus. Room was in a lovely old building in the centre of. Reykjavik which was lovely. The room was great with a lovely bathroom and free juice.
The lighting was really dim. Would have liked a brighter light somewhere to help with make up!

Wonderful location, quiet and nicely appointed apartment which was spacious.
Liked it all but breakfast needed a bit more variety. The fresh bread was lovely but we only got eggs one day and it would have been nice to get them every day.

Zeer mooie grote schone kamer met veel faciliteiten. Vriendelijk personeel. Toplocatie! Fantastisch ontbijt wat afgeleverd wordt bij de kamer dus altijd roomservice. Het is prijzig maar je krijgt absoluut waar voor je geld.
De parkeergelegenheid is niet super, d.w.z. er moet op straat geparkeerd worden en dus betaald. Dat is niet erg maar hoe een en ander werkt met parkeren had beter uitgelegd kunnen worden bijvoorbeeld op de site.

Das Hotel besteht aus mehreren Häusern in verschiedenen Straßen. Die Rezeption befindet sich an der angegebenen Adresse. Dort kann man einchecken und erfährt alle wichtigen Informationen. Wenn man mit dem Auto anreist muss man sich einen Parkplatz auf der Straße suchen. Es sind aber ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden, allerdings kostenpflichtig. Die Ausstattung ist sehr umfangreich. Eine Küchenzeile in der nichts fehlt. Eine gute Kaffeemaschine mit vielen Kappseln.
Eingangstüre zum Haus stand meistens offen.

Modernes und zugleich gemütliches Zimmer. Wir waren im Gebäude bei Hverfisgata 78. Das Zimmer war eines derer im Innenhof, EG. In 5 Gehminuten ist man bei der Hallgrimskirkja und den verschiedensten Geschäften und Restaurants. Ein günstiges Parkhaus ist auch in der Nähe ("Vitatorg", 12€ für 13h parken)
Die Fußbodenheizung ist super.
Die Ausstattung; von Geschirr, Herd bis Küchengeräte ist weltklasse. Alles Markenprodukte mit hervorragender Qualität, wir waren begeistert!
Wir haben leider das Zimmer neben der Eingangstür erwischt, weshalb wir ein- und ausgehende Gäste recht deutlich gehört haben. War aber nur bedingt störend.
Die Zimmerkarte ist digital, also auf dem Smartphone. Leider hat das nicht zuverlässig funktioniert, deswegen haben wir uns eine herkömmliche Karte bei der Rezeption geholt. Würden wir auch anderen empfehlen.

Great experience! Our first time in Iceland and a great introduction on our first night to the wonderful hospitality this country offers. The freshly baked sourdough bread in the morning delivered to our door? Phenomenal!

Apartment was fantastic, spacious, well appointed and spotlessly clean . Right in the centre and just a short walk to shops, restaurants etc.
Because it was in the centre , parking was a pain and made the whole experience less enjoyable. Plenty of paid street parking around but was always impossible to find a space anywhere close , which somewhat negated the location as we usually had a very long walk to the car .Great place to stay if you haven't got a car.

Ein schönes Appartement, mit allem was man braucht. Selber kochen wäre ohne Probleme perfekt gegangen. Kaffeemaschine mit Pads vorhanden, auch Tee, Saft und Milch gab es dazu.
Das Bad war super, mit wunderbaren Pflegeutensilien.
Es war sehr ruhig, da es eine kleiner Nebenstraße liegt.
Es liegt wunderbar zentral.
Gerne würde ich beim nächsten Aufenthalt in der ersten Etage wohnen, dort ist es heller. Ehrlicherweise ist das aber Jammern auf hohem Niveau.

Locatie en nette kamer, sfeervol
Kamer kon niet goed verduisterd worden. Rolgordijn bij dakraam had kieren aan alle kanten dus de kamer was er licht zodra het buiten licht werd. Verder erg warm in de kamer bij aankomst, maar dat hebben we vaker gehad in IJsland.

The check-in process was a breeze. We had enough space for our little family of 3. I loved the coffee maker and small amenities like coffee, milk, and juice available in the room.
One of the bathrooms had a stronger scent but that could be the plumbing that we aren’t used to here.

Absolutely everything about this place was more than perfect! Juice and milk in the fridge, great selection of coffee, very comfortable bed, easy check-in, and the best spot to be in Reykjavik: quiet but still very much in the center, close to all the nice restaurants, bars and shops.

Tolles Hotel, es hat uns als Familie sehr gut gefallen. Der Frühstückskorb ist unfassbar groß und mit tollen Produkten versehen.
Der Schallschutz im Gebäude ist nicht wirklich optimal.

Absolutely stunning apartments in the city center with perfect facilities and access. It also had a fully equipped kitchen to make dinner and breakfast and amazing bathroom amenities. Despite the location, there were no bothering noises from street during the night. Even though there is no free parking on Reykjavik city center, they advised us on the best places to park nearby and best restaurants in town.

The place was nice, with a small kitchenette and a big, comfortable bed. The location was right in the middle of the city so everything was just steps from our door.
Street parking was not great. Directions to the property weren’t clear, so we had to hike to the main building a few blocks away for keys and clarification. Also, all of the photos in the listing seemed to be for a bigger room than the one we actually got, so it was a bit cramped.

The staff on check in were very helpful and welcoming. Great location and we had a sea/Mountain View. The property was clean and very modern- lovely.
No coat hooks (would have been helpful after a long day walking in wet coats). Only one mirror in the bathroom- would have been good to have one in the room too.

Having a lounge to relax until our room was ready, along with luggage storage was awesome. The room was comfortable, with a kitchenette, mini fridge,microwave, etc. Comfortable bed, easy to move around in the space, wr did not feel cramped.
It could be a little noisy as we overlooked the street, but by 10pm all was quiet
