Buena ubicación en miraflores, cerca en los puntos mas iconicos de la ciudad a pocos minutos en taxi. Personal muy amable y atento, el desayuno es variado buena cantidsad de opciones para escoger.
El servicio de internet no es muy rapido y estable, de resto todo bien.

La habitación es muy espaciosa, la cama muy cómoda y la limpieza excelente. El desayuno es muy completo y variado. Volveria a este hotel!

This was the best run hotel of the group during our 20 day stay in Peru & Bolivia. The area is safe with lots of restaurants and shopping (if you want to browse). Very close is Barranco and the Miraflores boardwalk, and central Lima is only a 30 minute cab ride away. The hotel was clean and the staff responsive.
I would upgrade the breakfast a bit. It seems like every hotel in Peru offers some kind of processed ham instead of real ham to its guests. There were some lunch entrees served for breakfast. A nice espresso machine would be welcome. It's a nice hotel and can always improve!

Staff is really friendly (even too much sometimes) and do everything in their power to provide anything you need.
Wifi wasn’t working in the first room I was at. I later asked to change rooms, it worked perfectly then.
Very poor gym structure - only one equipment, that was very old and didn’t work well.

Well priced option in Miraflores and conveniently located to bars and restaurants. We walked from the hotel to the beach and did a circuit of Miraflores and Barranco and back in 6-7 hours including stops for coffee and meals. The room was very large and the bed was super comfortable. The fridge in the room was a nice touch also. The breakfast spread was quite nice also and they topped up the dishes throughout service to ensure freshness which was great.
Had to run the cold water in the bathroom sink throughout the duration of my shower just to get lukewarm water (hot tap turned on full without turning the cold tap on in the shower at all). Again, a common issue in Peru so didn't have a major impact on our stay.

Even for shower need to wait for 5 minutes to get hot water, because of that lots of water waisting, hospitality and service according to value of money what you paid nothing

- Old rooms, with a bad shower. Sometimes more than 10 minutes to the water get warm;
- Awful room service. We ordered fr toilet paper and took more than 30 minutes to come, furthermore we had to call the reception 3 times;
- Breakfast really different from the picture of Booking.com. Poor variety of food and not good quality;
- The hotel doesn’t deserve 4 stars. In my opinion 2, maximum 3 starts

The staff were very helpful and communicative. Our luggage was delayed by the airport and the hotel staff communicated right when it was delivered. The bed was so comfortable and the duvet was so thick. We had a balcony which had a nice breeze. The shower was extremely large which was great and had hot water (even though it took a couple minutes to heat up). It was nice to have dinner there right after we arrived from the airport, and the included breakfast was outstanding. Lima is too big and chaotic of a city for our taste, but the hotel felt like a nice comfortable safe haven.
