the hotel is easy to find.

the curtain in this extremely small room didn't darken the room, the hotel is very noisy and in the room, You hear every word which is spoken outside, a few minutes before ten I was denied access to the breakfast room. The furniture (the chairs) are damaged and dirty - cheap (looking) furniture out of the seventies. The wall panel aside the tiny bed is dirty in the area where the head is. Lamp aside the bed doesn't work ....

Breakfast was simple but decent. I did not understand the idea of someone serving a coffee. I thought it was one of the guests at the beginning, as the person didn't have any sort of a uniform.

The hotel needs a refresh. Despite the walls being thick old buildings, the doors let through all noises from the hall, so not great for light sleepers. TV above the head of the bed is a misunderstanding

The stuff were really kind and I liked mostly the breakfast.

The room was a bit cold even though after I turned on the heating.

Very old fashioned furniture, floor, building… The shower incredibly rusty and the waste water stays without draining.

Everything was dirty. Cobwebs, cracks in the wall, incompetent and unmotivated staff playing candy crush most of the time, ridiculously poor breakfast. WIFI was so slow it was beyond use. No proper toilet seat, bare lightbulb in the ceiling, and all that for the price of a proper stay. Absolutely stay away - this was terrible even by Berlin 'standards'.

Absolutely everything. There was nothing positive to report. This place was terrible in no matter which category. I have never experienced such a terrible hotel, even in 3rd world countries. And I've stayed in less expensive but much better managed places in Luxembourg.

the location is approximately close to the main sites and areas and close to the transportation stations.

not very clean, poor lighting in the room, the housekeeping doesn’t change all towels and they use the same soap for the hand-wash and as a shampoo. the internet connection is very weak. some of the staff are very rude and not professional, as one of them refused to let me use the toilet after i checked out. the breakfast should be from 7-10, but they remove it before 10, and if you stay few minutes after 10 they come and yell at you in a very rude way! i know that i will never come back to this hotel.
