Die Lage des Hotels ist einfach fantastisch. Ich war jetzt das dritte Mal hier und würde immer wieder hier übernachten. Der Service des Hitrls läßt keine Wünsche offen.

sehr sauberes, grosses Zimmer; sauberes Bad freundliches Personal Hervorragendes Frühstück, das keine Wünsche offen lässt … es gibt einfach alles, bis zum geht nicht mehr. Werde diese Unterkunft jederzeit weiter empfehlen. Herzlichen Dank für diesen Aufenthalt.

Die Lage, der Bereich für Frühstück und Dinner an der Promenade. Das Dinner Buffet war richtig gut. Der Ausblick auch nach hinten raus ist schön. Gratis Safe und Badetücher

Hatten leider das ebenerdige Studio zum Pool. Gäste können direkt ins Zimmer schauen. Der TV war kleiner als mein Computer Monitor, der muss sofort ersetzt werden. Das ist nicht in Ordnung vom Hotel. Kaffee Maschine im Zimmer und kleiner Fitnessraum wären schön.

Fantastic location to the west of the port- this is the quieter, less touristy end and in my opinion it has the nicest of the beaches in front of the hotel. It's a 10/15 minute walk to most of the restaurants/ shops but very easy. There seems to be a lot of facilities available within the hotel e.g. spa and swimming pool but I didn't use them whilst I was there. Staff generally seemed very helpful. Lots on offer at the included breakfast buffet and you can sit outside looking onto the beach if there's space in the morning whilst you eat. Room was a good size with obscured mountain view. Bathroom was clean and had a good shower/ hot water. Lots of wardrobe space, a table and chairs, dressing table and fridge. I thought it was great value for money for such a good location and it was perfect for what I was looking for- a fuss-free base for going to the beach, but if I wanted a nicer experience I would definitely upgrade my room.

I got a budget double room which was exactly what it sounds like- it was good but not the most comfortable. My room was also in a separate building down a side street a minute from the main hotel, which at first I wasn't keen on but actually it was probably a bit quieter which I don't mind. Bed was not that comfortable but slept ok- pillows were not great quality and there was a plastic cover on the mattress which rustled. Air conditioning in room is also more like a fan and not true ac, so I imagine it can get fairly hot in high summer. Towels were a little tired and it felt like the room was a little dusty so perhaps it hadn't been occupied for a while in the off season- daily room cleaning was good though.

Breakfast was great, loads of choice. Perfect location right on sea front with wonderful views all around. Staff couldn't be more helpful.

All amenities were excellent. Great pool and sun beds. Exceptional staff. Lovely helpful cleaning lady. Comfortable beds. Great shower.

Lift was broken down for a few days.

Excellent breakfast, great location in a pedestrianised area just a few metres from the beach. Lots of restaurants and bars along the front. Charming tram to take you to Soller.

Standard bedroom was ok, nothing special. Only get half a window. Ceiling was made of 70's material which should be replaced.

Nice pool, great views, great breakfast, drinks, and kind staff. Safe place for bicycles. Close to tram stop and beach

Small rooms

We both liked everything about this hotel from the moment we walked in! The friendliness and professionalism of the staff, nothing is a problem to them. The hotel is absolutely spotless. Breakfast and evening meals very good.

We are quite fussy when visiting hotels and we'd have to say this hotel was just perfect. Enjoyed every moment in this hotel.

Food was good, room OK nice balcony, bathroom good but required wall mounted bars for safety when leaving the shower. I complained about this and the management very quickly sent a man with a safety bar he attached , so that was fine.

Dinner was poor

Coffee in the bar is far better than coffee at breakfast. Breakfast above average. Fresh food, lots of variety, great hours, indoor or outdoor. seating. Squid for dinner very good. Buffet dinner - mediocre but convenient. Arriving, we felt the room was small for us coming from the USA- we are used to larger rooms and softer beds- so we asked for availability to a larger room. We got the president suite for a great price given the season was over (Nov) and it was closing in 5 days. It was nice to have a sofa, kitchenette, living space and separate bedroom with two balconies on the third floor facing the ocean. Only waves for sound!! Housekeeping very kind. It is a lovely hotel, family oriented but no frills, very basic and on the far end of the promenade away from all the crowds. A 10 minute walk to the buses to go to the other neighboring cites. Love the bus transportation so you can home base in Puerto de Soller and go all around during the day. I had several business calls and they have a conference room that anyone can use. This was really nice so my husband could enjoy the room.

We like softer beds. Europe tends to have beds very hard. We took the comforter and put it under the sheet to give us more comfort. It was also kind of "rustic" versus updated. OK, just that the pictures looked different to me.
