Everything and especially Marta, our host, who is outstanding. The free bikes and special hospitality made it exceptional. You couldn’t find a better location for the area, especially if you’re heading to Venice.

The hosts are really nice and helpful. Breakfast is good. Location is very good for visiting islands. Casa have bicycle to borrow.

Best place to stay if you are visiting Venice or Island nearby. Very friendly host . it feels like home.

Very clean and quiet, air conditioning, a great bed and breakfast feeling that wasn’t impersonal like a hotel but still private and relaxing. The complimentary bicycles were very useful! Marta took very good care of us.

Marta and Roberto are the best hosts you can expect.

Room and bathroom perfectly cleaned every day. Very helpful hosters - many valuable advices given. Individual approach - living like at home or with a family. Home made cakes served. Quiet surroundings allow you to take a break from the noise of Venice. Near (15 min by walk) to the beach, the same to waterbus station - connections with Venice and Burano. Good restaurant located very close (2 min.) - great pasta. Bikes to be used for free.

Lack of shop (with food and drinks) in the short distance

Marta was super kind and friendly, and full of warm hospitality. I speak English and the rest of my family speak Italian, but Marta was always kind enough to use both languages:-) The location was great, in a quiet and peaceful area with no traffic and crowds, near to Punta Sabbioni where the boat to Venezia frequently leaves. Rooms are new and spotless, and the decoration inside were very nice. We are a family with 3 kids, but space was just enough. Kids loved the garden, in-room TV, and the breakfast very much. The restaurant nearby was excellent, too. We went there 3 times and they gave us discount if you told them that you are staying at Casa di Marta. Free beach nearby was very nice (it's sand beach with nice Kiosk). We visited Caribe Bay, the waterpark, which locates just 20 minutes by a car from Casa di Marta, and kids really loved the waterpark. We will be back to Marta's place for sure! Grazie mille, Marta!

Nothing! We did not have time to use the bicycles (free rental at Marta's place), so next time we'd like to stay longer and go for cycling to explore more in town:-)
