Les deux piscines (une extérieur à débordement avec une vue sur la mer et une intérieur). La chambre avec la terrasse vue sur le port. Le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel. Il y a beaucoup de choix autant salé que sucré (je vous recommande les pancakes au sirop d erable). L’emplacement est parfait à 10 minutes en voiture de la vieille ville. Il y a un bus devant l’hôtel et le uber n’est pas cher. Le personnel est très sympathique. La salle de sport est grande et très complète. Un super hôtel avec une très belle vue mer.

Modernisiertes Haus mit fantastischem Ausblick. Lage oberhalb des neuen Hafens von Dubrovnik, zur Altstadt besteht eine sehr gute Busanbindung. Parken ist am Haus kostenlos möglich. Das Hotel liegt ziemlich weit oben, der Hafen mit einigen Lokalen ist über Treppen erreichbar, allerdings muss man die Stufen dann auch wieder rauf (oder nimmt den Bus). Gutes Frühstück, passables Buffet am Abend.

Die direkte Umgebung an der Straße ist nicht so schön, bekommt man aber im Haus nicht mit, Fenster gehen zu anderen Seite. Beim Essen a la Carte ist Luft nach oben.

Zimmer mit Balkon und Ausblick. Gutes Frühstück mit frischen Obst und Ausblick auf den Yachthafen. Grosses Bett. Ausreichend Parkplätze. Nettes Personal.

Etwas hellhörig, vor allem wenn viele Zimmer gleichzeitig Duschen und abreisen. Verkehrstechnisch je nach Fahrtrichtung nicht einfach zu erreichen/ die Anfahrt kann nur von einer Seite genutzt werden.

Perfekte Lage am Hang mit sicherem Parkplatz in der Garage. Von dort mit dem Uber in die OldTown für nur 8€, besser gehts nicht. Wollten die paar Kilometer zurück laufen, allerdings gibt es oben an der Strasse keinen Fussweg, also Obacht!! Personal war super freundlich, Frühstück war auch sehr gut. Kostet zwar etwas mehr aber hat sich gelohnt :)

Noisy airco. There was a wedding in the building and the music of the band lasted till 3 (...)am in the morning . Very loud music. This is a management thing disrespecting the hotelguests

Spacious clean modern rooms, beautiful views of the port, gorgeous infinity pool, delicious food, very helpful staff, close to old town.

No milk in the room

Lovely hotel! Spotlessly clean. Very comfortable bed pillows and sheets. Loads of room and the view from the balcony was stunning. We were visiting with our 14 month old and having an indoor pool was great for her with the super hot weather. We would definitely stay here again.

The outdoor pool was great and had a lovely view to the city. The breakfast was really good with a lot of variety.The beds were also very comfortable. It was easy to get bus tickets to the city centre from the reception. (Take bus number 3 or 3a to Pile to get to Old town). You can also walk but it takes around 40 minutes.

In order to get to the bus stop you have to walk along a very trafficated way. It was a little scary because there was no sidewalk. The hotel is alos a bit far from the city centre.

One elevator is a problem in the morning, as all guests spread over six floors were trying to reach the restaurant for breakfast.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I received an upgrade which I really appreciated. Beautiful views, very nice accommodations.

Location wouldn’t be OK for many since it is 1.5 miles from old town. Going and returning via taxi would be expensive and going by bus apparently would take some time.

Location was a bit out of city centre so a decent walk ( mostly down steps!) but hard work to walk back to hotel - take the bus/taxi.

The room was spotless and impeccably clean, which was a huge plus. The bed was super comfortable and provided me with a great night's sleep. I also appreciated the choice of movies available on the TV in the room, which was a nice touch and added to my overall experience. The view from my room was stunning, and I enjoyed waking up to it every morning. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Amazing hotel, would definitely stay again! Kind and helpful staff, beautiful views from the balcony, comfortable beds, large bathroom, great wifi connection. Our flight was at 8pm, but the staff allowed us to store our luggage for free, check out later and use the hotel facilities all day before we left for our flight. We also arrived very late to the hotel and no restaurants were open, but they provided us with information for ordering food.

The aircon was a little bit confusing for me to use, but not a big deal!

Adria is situated in a good location, it has a magnificent view from the windows. A bit far from the city center but it is totally worth staying at. The staff is super friendly and always ready to help.

What a beautiful way to start our vacation in Dubrovnik! Quick, professional check in and a room that had a gorgeous view of the harbour, islands and a breathtaking sunset. The room itself was comfortable and quiet, with a nice little balcony. Breakfast was a buffet style catering to several different styles, and was one of the best we've had in our travels. Free parking right in front of the hotel was a great bonus, and the hotel itself was easy to find on the main road. Restaurants near the harbour are within walking distance if you're fit (over 400 steps back up to the hotel) but the bar in the lobby also did snack food and room service. An extra mention to the gentleman behind the bar who went above and beyond to arrange dinner for us on Christmas evening and even brought it to our room.

The location atop the road into Old Town was excellent as we got a great view of the sunset and sunrise. Pity that our stay was only for one night. Also, the bathroom was well furnished with a really cool, wooden floor (or it may have been a high quality laminate) -- perfect for the cold weather. I will definitely be staying here on my next trip to Dubrovnik.
