The staff are super helpful, cleanliness excellent, Very friendly and homely atmosphere. I always want to stay there but sometimes it is not available. Fully equipped kitchen for cooking.

Nothing, i love this place

Nikola at the reception was amazing!!!! There were 3 other people at the reception, there was one Venezuelan lady who was a bit cold, especially towards me, I don't know, I felt she was a bit discriminatory or racist, apart from her vibes, the hostel was amazing and I highly recommend!

The hostel is a great mix of people from new travelers and long-term travelers.

Very comfortable, spacious room, great restrooms, common areas, location, everything. Nikola and Adriana were super cool as well.

It was my most pleasant hostel stay so far. The nice common area, the bunny on the terrace, the staff and the other guests make it feel like a stay in a nice flatshare. Met lots of nice people. The location in a nice area with lots of cafes, restaurants and supermarkets.

The backyard is amazing, they have this greenish walls with plants and seatings that so comfy it makes you feel like home (even way better than my home lol), the interrior is so nice, we have tv and its just so beautiful. Totally exceeded my expectation as someone who frequently chose apartments and hotel over hostels during traveling. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

The kitchen and living room are quite large, but the staff are not very friendly to Chinese.Some people often smell very bad and snore.

Luggage storage is too expensive.

The check-in process is very long, unprofessional, they didn't find our reservation and we were delayed for a long time at the entrance and exit, there are no toilets and showers in the room but in the public area, people sit talking on the phone right on the doorstep of the room and there is no privacy, we were asked to pay taxes at the beginning even though it was already included on order and it took them a long time to figure it out.
