It's a home away from home. Mr Chain Singh is doing excellent job. Dedicated and cheerful staff.

A welcome drink and light/soft music would be appreciable.

Food served during stay was good and staff response was also good. The property manager Mr. Chain Singh was very responsive to our requirements and property is well done up

The property charges are on the higher side compared to the facilities provided. Rooms require renovation including washrooms as same do not match up to the pricing.

If you’re looking for a home away from home, this is the spot! Hands down, best hospitality I’ve ever experienced, and I travel a lot. The three men there, Charan Singh, Udham Singh and the chef (sorry I’m blanking on the his name) would take care of you like their own family, cook you any food any way you’d like, and do anything in their power to make sure you feel comfortable in their house. Speaking of food, the chef is amazing and knows what he’s doing. Every single dish we had at Seclude was delicious, clean and healthy. Udham singh was running around the whole time to get us anything we needed or asked for. The resort was beautifully decorated with real plants and flowers and had the best view of himalayas that you could see from the wall-sized glass windows. We stayed in the red cedar cottage. Would definitely come back here and probably stay longer than we did the first time around. One last thing, you’d definitely find peace here if that’s what you enjoy, the area is very peaceful and serene. Make sure you book the all inclusive meal package. You will not regret staying here one bit!!

Everything about the property was magnificient. The pictures don't do justice to the beauty of this place. The rooms were spectacular, especially the red cottage, the glass walls, the shower area, everything was outstanding. The food is another point we would like to point out, OUTSTANDING. You ask for it and they make it. The best food I've ever had in any stay! Thank you sooo much!

Overall service was very good, staff is very welcoming. Food is amazing. They gave us homemade cooked as we asked n it was delicious everytime. Location is good, peaceful and serene.

Our holiday was hampered by a rat in our room which was on the first floor n leakage in the washroom as well as clogged toilet in our room. Although the staff cleaned the room n put the rat kill medicine but still the rat came at night again n again n disturbed our sleep. The staff changed our room on the third day as an empty room was available.

Chain Singh Uncle is the main support of this place his Hospitality and caring nature like grand parents its our time here uncle still remember us & other person Hospitality are very good. Cook also very good home tasty food..

A hair dryer could be provided. Thin pillows were not available.

We loved it. Around 1 kilometer at the very end is difficult terrain but overall worth it!
