Stains on the carpet.
Carpark spots very tight, we had to keep an eye out when someone else moved and quickly moved into it.
Bed was so uncomfortable. I felt every move my partner made! No support. We both woke up with sore backs.
Bathroom floor was freezing, would of been nice to have slippers of some sort.
Blankets had holes in them?!?!?! Strange this was the case

The room is gorgeous, and the building itself is lovely. Very comfortable and easy to get around town. Great location.
Not sure if the spa was broken but it was definitely more forceful than expected. We actually shut it off because it was very loud and getting water everywhere, even though we changed the water level to try and make it work. it had one setting and it was violent. We opted for a bath instead, which was good, but we did get the room just for the spa.

our room was a beautiful clean space, with a homey feel. staff were friendly and helpful. we enjoyed our stay.
the parking was a little tricky to find if you don’t know what you’re looking for, but aside from that no issues at all.

The access to the car park was not working, so needed to call reception every time we wanted to enter the gate, but it was only a small inconvenience :-)

air conditioner above bed - not healthy and had to have that in constantly due to temperature outside; we had a 3 night stay and no drawers / cupboard to put clothes, etc in; tiny tea cups; pool out of service; gym terrible- no air con and just not up to standard for the price per night
