We had an amazing stay at Lithos. Marios is an excellent host and he and his team went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay. Exceptionally clean facilities, caring staff, bus stop at the doorstep and a family oriented approach all made our stay a memorable one. If we were to ever visit Mykonos again Lithos by Spyros and Flora is where we would choose to stay without a second thought.

The spaciousness of the room, cleanliness and the ambience was out of this world. The hosts Marios and Marina were awesome hosts too went out of their way to make us feel at home away from home..

Nothing much really, except the island situation of toilet paper which really has nothing to do with the hosts nor the property, just didn't know about it before going there so was a huge culture shock.

The owners Marios and Marianne are fantastic hosts. They made sure the guests had the absolute best time and comfort during their stay. The property is beautiful, modern , the rooms are spacious and bright. our view over the sea was amazing. loved everything about this hotel. The breakfast was freshly prepared by Marios each morning poolside with amazing views of the Aegean Sea. Lots of variety and very fresh. The bus that takes you to Mykonos town stops right outside the hotel. Very convenient. Loved everything about this hotel.

The property was lovely and modern, so clean and had everything you could need for a stay. Towels are provided for the beach/pool too! The bus stop into town is right outside the property which is very useful. The room was clean, bright and spacious. The view from the bar area is stunning. Marios and Marianne were very kind and helpful and were always checking if they could do anything for us. They are a fountain of knowledge about the island! My friends and I had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend staying here again.

Everything, we were a group of friends flying in from different locations to spend a week and we could not have picked a better place to stay. It was great value for money, good public transport to the main town, great bar and pool at the hotel. Very chilled and relax. Extremely clean. The staff were super friendly and kind. Every day the rooms were cleaned. It was excellent.

Honestly, it was all very good. You can see that the team that manage the hotel pay attention to detail and really know how to deliver good cusotmer service.

We stayed for 2 nights at Lithos by Spyros & Flora but wish it could have been for longer! Marios and Marina were beyond helpful in organising our trip. The hotel is set in a quiet part of Mykonos but has a bus stop right outside the hotel and it is an easy 10 minutes into the centre of Mykonos. Beautiful pool and bar overlooking the sea, it was very relaxing. If we return to Mykonos, this is definitely where we will be staying.

Everything about the hotel and location but the owners were just amazing. So friendly caring hospitable they made me feel like family. The other guest were also very nice. Its the atmosphere the hosts create. Will definitely be back again

Excellent place and would definitely go there again. The breakfast each morning was fantastic and with the amazing views. Marina and Marios were always on hand if you needed anything and such lovely people. The room was lovely and the beds comfortable and always kept so clean. Situated in beautiful part of Mykonos and only 10 minutes by bus to the main town but am glad we stayed where we did and lovely beach bar a few minutes down the road.

I read the reviews and found them all to be very true. Mario and Marina have developed a beautiful small boutique hotel with comfort and experience being key. We slept well, enjoyed local food and a nearby excursions off the south of Mykonos The bus stops just out the front door and the water taxi is nearby in Ornos. They helped find and retrieve a bag left on the bus ! A great few days.

The property is on several levels so there are a lot of stairs

The view from our room was amazing, the size of the suite was incredible (apartment sized) and the staff/owners were so great. Marios actually drove us to dinner our first night when he found out we planned to walk. 10/10 and will definitely plan to visit again.

We loved everything about Lithos! The room had a stunning view of the ocean, the suite was large and had all the amenities we needed and most importantly the hospitality showed by Mario and Maria and their team was exceptional!

Our stay with Marios and Marina was so amazing that I don't really know where to start. The rooms were very spacious, beautiful, and well maintained with very good service and cleaning daily. Actually the entire property is perfectly kept. They clean all public areas and pool area daily. It's just spotless. The view was spectacular, both from the rooms and from the breakfast and pool area, such that you naturally take your sweet time just to enjoy the view. The location is perfect for families or couples that want a less noisy and romantic atmosphere. It's a short and simple bus ride to the city, port, and also to other beaches from there, although there are beaches and beautiful sunsets right nearby. The staff can guide you to these places. The bus stop is literally right in front of the property, making it super convenient. There is a mini market nearby, but a larger one also on the bus route. Also restaurants are close, although if you you eat vegan or vegetarian, you'll find a few options on the city. Breakfast was absolutely amazing. It was nice that it's open till late, so we were able to relax and let the kids sleep in. The breakfast was very fresh with a nice variety for all tastes, including wonderful pastries, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals, breads, eggs, juice, and more. Everything was at highest quality and taste. Service overall and staff were incredible, but saving the best for last, our time with Marios and Marina was the most memorable part of the trip. They went above and beyond in so many areas, including orientation, transportation arrangements, advice for the trip, and being available for any of our needs ... in our case, a small medical emergency :-). You can tell that this is not just a business, but a family who makes each of their guests feel a part of it, and it's inspiring to see people putting their heart into everything they do. Marios and Marina, we all thank you for your warm and amazing hospitality!

We could not fault this accomodation at all. It is run by a beautiful family who also stay at the hotel. The facilities are amazing, service is exceptional and if you’re lucky enough to have a chat with Marina and Marios you don’t want to leave their company. I can’t thank Marina and Marios enough for making our trip so amazing. Their honest recommendations also really helped us plan our days and made them that much better. Thank you to you both. We will definitely be back!

Everything went well and exceeded our expectations. Marios, his family and staff are all exceptional! They made us feel so welcome. From the time of my booking I was in touch and received helpful tips and assistance with transport, food, beaches and sightseeing. The location was perfect. Approx 20 minutes by bus to town and the bus stop right in front of the property. Buses are prompt and affordable at 1.8 euro per person each way. The hotel has a lovely pool and view and food and drink offerings. There are beaches nearby as well as wonderful restaurants and a convenience store if you need sunblock etc. Rooms are comfortable and it is a quiet setting. There was a kitchenette in our room which was a suite type with 2 bathrooms

There is nothing I did not like

Lithos is the perfect choice when staying in Mykonos. Close to a quite beach and not too far from the city, easy access to go in the afternoon/at night to enjoy the sightseeing and the restaurants/shops. Rooms are very good and have an oustanding sea view. Breakfast is excellent and staff is great, including of course Marius and Marina, the owners, who are always there and very helpful with any information you need. We were a family of 4 (2 kids) and stayed in a very comfortable double room. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to enjoy Mykonos.

Our stay at Lithos was amazing, Marios and Marina have been so helpful and always positive. They helped us with recommendations on restaurants, nice beaches, renting an ATV, etc. The breakfast was really good and the food was prepared quite fast. The room was quite big and very clean. We highly recommend this hotel.

An absolutely beautiful small boutique hotel that must be a finalist as the most spotless property in the world. Every inch is just spotless. The husband & wife team, Marios & Marina are simply adorable and just can't do enough for you. We have stayed here before and when we had to come back to Mykonos for a wedding, there was absolutely no other place we would have stayed.

There was nothing i did't like.

the place is absolutely beautiful and immaculately clean. nothing is too much trouble. the staff don’t want you to lift a finger whilst you’re there, they take your luggage for you, bring you drinks by the pool. our group had 4 rooms and they allowed us to keep one of the rooms all day until check out which was unexpected but really helped us out! they seem to know everything there is to know about Mykonos and give great advice. there’s a beautiful restaurant just doors down the road but the food offered at Lithos is incredible so no need to leave. we had breakfast and lunch at Lithos and then Vasilikos for our evening meal. a perfect 24hrs in Mykonos. we wish we could’ve stayed much longer

I cannot find a single thing to complain about whatsoever

I’ve tried to find the right words for this review and I keep coming back to - we had tears in our eyes as we left. Marios, Marina, Farhan and team could not have done more to improve our stay. They can arrange all of your needs. We took a day long boat trip to Delos that was fantastic and departed from the bottom of the street. The entire place is tastefully decorated and is the cleanest of clean, lovely morning breakfast and refreshing pool. Rooms are spacious and well appointed. Very comfortable sleep with AC if you need. Transportation to the old town is so easy by bus that stops at the hotel! RT fare is e3.60! Restaurant down the street was one of our favorites. It’s located in a peaceful part of the island but not far away from anything. You simply can’t go wrong.

So if you are looking for the mist lifestyle and instagrammable place - keep on looking elsewhere. BUT if you are looking for a place which welcomes you with open arms and hearts then you have found the place. Marios, his wife and team are simply wonderful. Honest, kind, fun and passionate about being a host, they have really turned this into one of the best stays we have ever had. We felt like family members and really enjoyed our conversations and stay. We also got the best information on beaches, the island, transportation etc and Marios did his magic in organising a car, a beachside table at a popular restaurant and out Transport to Milos. When reading through the reviews on a lot of Greek hotels the breakfast quite often was a dealbreaker or not was expected for the money one has to pay for a night. Again, Marios & team did a great job. Greek Joghurt, fresh juice and fruit, egg, Müsli and some sweet and savoury pastry - it was just too good to not eat it all. Obviously in such a small place breakfast menu does not change but why change a good breakie anyway? To cut a long story short: We loved our stay at Lithos and will def come back - then with our baby girl and I am sure again will have the most amazing time. Oh - ne last word on Location: Easy to get to Mykonos town - take bus, taxi or car. And we really enjoyed staying some days at the local beach as well - good restaurants, clear water and comfy sunbeds for 40€ instead of the expected 60-120€ on other beaches made this a very attractive beach for us. Not to mention the sunset… just beautiful
