Absolutely everything!!!

Our stay at Saint John’s was absolutely phenomenal. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with exceptional service, particularly by Maria, who made our experience unforgettable. Her warm personality, attention to detail, and insightful suggestions about the island made us feel incredibly welcome. She was always willing to answer our questions with professionalism and courtesy, displaying customer service skills so exceptional that she could run her own resort! The entire staff at Saint John’s exemplified top-tier customer service, contributing to our wonderful experience. To our delight, our room was upgraded to one with an incredible view and an outdoor jacuzzi, which added a luxurious touch to our stay. We were sincerely grateful for the thoughtful gesture and even received an extra tote bag to accommodate my abundance of clothes. Our room was spotless, as was the hot tub, making for a seamless and relaxing stay. The breakfast area offered breathtaking views, and the buffet was endless, featuring a wide variety of delicious options to suit every palate. I would absolutely return to Saint John’s, and one of the main highlights is the private beach with its long, enchanting deck. It's truly magical and the primary reason I booked this resort. Seeing it in person exceeded my expectations and solidified my decision to stay here.

Everything...pool, beach, restaurants and staff were amazing

The housekeeping was lacking a little on this trip. I've been multiple times. Our rooms weren't cleaned til late in the day, and twice they left no water. I called the desk to mention it and instead of bringing water they just said I'll let them know, yet the next day no water again. The last day they left water but the maid also text their half drunk bottle of water too.

המלון היה משולם! הצוות מקצועי ואדיב עושה הכל בחיוך.. בלילה קבוע החנו לנו את הרכב ולקחנו אותנו לחדר. בגלל יום הולדת שידרגו אותנו לחדר עם הבריכה והיה פשוט חלום הכל מעוצב מושלם מה שלא אופייני למלונות במיקונוס. נהנינו מכל רגע

יש חיסרון אחד שאנחנו היינו בסוויטות שנמצאות למטה ולהגיע כל פעם לחנייה זו עלייה קצת קשה אבל חשוב לציין שכל פעם שהתקשרנו שיבואו לקחת אותנו עם הגולף קאר באו.

Tutto, ristrutturata molto bene, con rispetto del territorio

A volte il servizio un po’ vago e alcuni membri del personale (prima colazione) si capiva che non sono camerieri professionisti. Divise abbastanza belle, ma non da 5 stelle. Scarpe del personale di sala non curate e farebbe parte della divisa (ciascuno aveva un paio di sneakers molto usate e differenti in forme e colori, sempre non da 5 stelle.

É um pouco afastado do centro mas o free transfer oferecido pelo hotel atende muito bem.

Rien, tout était parfait

Sem duvida alguma é um Paraiso este hotel, tudo perfeito, desde a transfer do aeroporto, passando pela recepção, pela os empregadas de limpeza, restaurante não esquecendo tambem o transfer para Chora. Foram 4 dias fantasticos

Pros: The facilities and grounds are stunning! The beach access is amazing, the water is crystal clear. We loved jumping off the dock! The sunset was beautiful from our room, the pool and the beach. The free shuttle pickup at the ferry port and drop off to the airport were great as Uber is expensive in Mykonos. 36 euros no matter where you are going.. and we were there in the "off" season. The evening shuttle into the town centre was also convenient. The first drop off time was 6pm so I think in the later months like October when the sun is setting earlier, there should be an earlier drop off time so that you don't miss the sunset entirely. The drop off for the shuttle is on the opposite side of the old port so it is quite a walk into the town to see the sunset from little venice. By the time we arrived, the sun was already set. The breakfast is included and is delicious, there was a lot of selection.

Cons: The pool and hottub are not heated so we couldn't really use either. We were there in the beginning of October so it would have been great to be able to use a heated hottub. After checking into our room, we called to ask if we could upgrade to a jacuzzi suite. We were told that none were available on our first night but that something should be available on our second night and we would receive a phone call. We never heard from anyone after that and stayed in our smaller room for all 5 nights. We could tell that a lot of the rooms were being closed up for the off season. Our other hotels in Greece provided champagne on arrival and special touches as we were celebrating our honeymoon, we received no special added touches at this hotel. Some of the restaurants and bars and beach clubs that we wanted to visit were already closed for the year. The concierge woman told us not to go to Paradise Beach because all of the beach clubs were closed already but that was not true.. we went to Tropicana and had a great day. The shuttle driver Jeorges does not speak very good english so when my husband was trying to help another family get on the bus early (because they booked for a later shuttle) but ours was full, he was quite rude to him even though my husband was just trying to help the other family. We believe it was because of a language barrier.

Wonderful breakfast selection in an ocean facing room.Gluten free options available. The 3 pools were fantastic. Shaded lounge chairs were surrounding the pools. The private beach was nice. restaurant staff and cleaners were very friendly.

The bathroom was dated. The concierge lady was overwhelmed with work, the wait was long and she was rude. Shuttle bus isnt big enough to transport enough passengers forcing you to book expensive taxi’s. Drivers of shuttles/ busses are rude and argue with each other in front of guests. This hotel was fantastic, the look , food and facilities are great but the staff were not friendly and made it very awkward and unpleasant.

I recommend Saint John...the location exceeded expectations.Delicious breakfast, very friendly staff, an infinity pool with a superb view. Our room had a superb view of the sea. The private beach with sunbeds, 4 restaurants with delicious food... Everything is superlative... very accessible and close to the center of Mykonos, airport transfer... Definitely one of the most beautiful hotels I've stayed in... Score 10!
