Wonderful hotel at a walking distance to all the religious places. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They really make our stay in Medugorje one to be remembered. We will come back to Medugorje for sure and stay at this great hotel.

Great location close to everything you need! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful with planning everything you needed. Also the bar at the lobby was a huge bonus as it allowed you to refill your water bottle before you left for the day.

Lots of pilgrim groups and lineups for breakfast if you went at the wrong time.

Could arrange taxi to a far location with help of the hotel service. Could stay longer in the room the next day. Got tomatoes on request for breakfast. Hotel looks very modern, room was neat, clean and spacious. Very comfortable bed.

Lovely hotel with super friendly and welcoming staff- whilst I didn’t get their names, special mention to the two women and the man on reception that accommodated our early check-out despite the printer problem. The room was spacious, very clean and the beds were super comfortable. Room had air con and a small fridge which was really useful in the hot weather. Bathroom facilities were great - modern and clean. Disposable slippers were appreciated as the shower floor is slippery without some footwear. Breakfast was great - plenty of food and a good selection to pick from (cereal, toast, fruits, pastries, cold meats and cheeses, scrambled eggs, yogurt, juices, coffee etc.) which was regularly topped up by restaurant staff. Special mention to Josip for being a welcoming and friendly presence and doing a really great job the entire time we were there - exceptional service. Also appreciated that breakfast was set up slightly earlier than the breakfast hours (7-10am) which meant we were able to grab some food before we had to leave to catch the bus at 7:30am. Hotel location is also really good - 10-minute walk to the bus station; 10-minute walk to the Church of Saint James (and local restaurants); 25-minute walk to Apparition Hill (it’s a very peaceful and scenic walk so time passes quite quickly). Whilst you could probably find another hotel with similar amenities etc., the staff are a credit to the hotel and really set them apart! Thanks all!

Would be useful to have a water fountain/tap somewhere in the hotel to refill bottles - I didn't look for one so it may exist, but wasn't clear.

I liked the welcoming of the staff. That was amazing. I liked quite a lot. The breakfast was amazing, and there isn't anything there you couldn't get. The AC in the room was amazing. Especially on a hot day. The Bed were very comfortable, and the room was always clean. The TV in my room was almost as big as a Tablet....but I didn't watch that much TV in the room so that didn't bother me that much, but worth mentioning. The reception area is amazing everytime I walked out or walked in.

I didn't like the fact they charged me for water. That was kind of odd and it was kind of expensive, more than the normal price... I have to mention that in the bathroom, the shower floor, is quite slippery unless you put a towel on the floor in order not to slip. The main thing I did not like about when we checked out, we checked out at 5:30 AM. There was only one staff working at that time, and we needed a Taxi to the bus station, but the staff was unable to find one and it looked to me like they didn't even try to find one...so we had to drag our suitcases on the street to the bus station. We saw several cabs when walking towards the bus station, so I feel that wasn't good enough effort. Time or not, I feel like the Hotel should know any cab companies for their guests when they checkout, regardless of the time of checking out.
