The situation

Fijn dat er een zwembad was ter verkoeling. Airco werkte goed en er was een koelkast in de kamer. Ook de curry maaltijd (tot 16.00 konden we deze bestellen want de kok ging weg) was heerlijk. Personeel was vriendelijk.

Verouderd. In de Familiekamer was slechts 1 stoel en geen sfeer. Je bent beetje gedwongen om in de openbare ruimte te zitten. Geen sfeer daar. Badkamer was aan vernieuwing toe. Wifi werkte niet goed.

There has been no upkeep since my last visit. Room had cracked tiles. Leaking bath, tv didn’t work, balcony door doesn’t shut so mosquito’s come in. No chef in the morning so had to walk into town to get breakfast. Don’t do free shuttle anymore

The staff were friendly. Historic neighborhood

There were insects on the beds, very old facility and old premise. Cleanliness was not appropriate. My body still itch from the insect bites I got.

Directions & locating the property was not straightforward. It would help if guidance, regarding this, was added to the website. The staff were very helpful in assisting me, on the phone, with directions. I was concerned about security, as the property had open access (no security gates @ the main entrance & reception closed @ night) & although my room could be looked, when leaving, I was concerned when I did so.

I liked the readiness of the staff to help get things sorted.

I didn’t like the fact there was no gate to come in, felt as though anyone could have walked in.
