Possibility to pay in cash only. The property informs you of the matter only after booking. I did not find this peculiarity written anywhere before booking. We are almost in 2022, I think it is now inconceivable to request cash payments, especially in a summer tourist area such as Porto Torres. We entered the structure in the afternoon very tired from a long journey with the only desire to rest. But unfortunately this was difficult, almost impossible due to constant rumors in the corridor of the structure by the owner, with a very high tone of voice. We only stayed for one night so we found a solution. But after paying a big amount just for one night, we only discover when we are in the room that the air conditioning can only be used with 10 euros per day. Also this very strange and unspecified thing before the booking. On the days we were in Sardinia, temperatures even reached 38/40 degrees celsius. Without air conditioning it is almost impossible to survive.

The owner is lovely and really accommodating. The room had everything you might need, including complimentary dolce gusto coffee and hot chocolate. There was also a shared fridge which came in quite handy to keep water and fruit cold.

The gentelman was nice. The location is walking distance from the city center. Room was clean.

We have contaced property and informed about our arrival up front at 20.30 and arrived at 21.15 . The property was not ready at out arrival and we were asked to wait outside. No posdibility to pay by card. Wifi did not work. The gentelman was nice but lady at the "reception" not to nice...
