A well ran, friendly and clean place in a perfect location! Just han an excellent 4 night stay at the Braemar. The owners were more than helpful and keen to see that their guests get the most from their stay, offering good advice and a cracking breakfast too! The location was perfect too in a quiet street off the main road but still close to good pubs and restaurants and not too far from the beach either

Food was plentiful & cooked to perfection. Close to interesting & useful shops & restaurants. The whole house is spotless & our room (no 2) was large & very comfortable with a lovely furnished balcony. Claire & Boz are wonderful hosts, very pleasant & chatty, worth asking their advice on what to see & do.

There was so much to like. If was here with my wife, the bed would have been a little cozy but that's a good thing :)

The Braemar was lovely, great hosts, spacious dining room (where a good breakfast is served efficiently every morning) bar area and lounge area. Our room was spotless and comfortable with everything you need including access to the balcony complete with table and chairs, lovely for an early morning cuppa

Well situated for High Street. Parking at rear. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good breakfast.

Boz & Claire are amazing hosts, extremely welcoming, nothing was to much trouble, everything was perfect, the room was very comfortable and had a door straight out onto a sun deck with seating area, breakfast was fantastic also a great base to explore the island, we will definitely be doing a return visit.

Breakfast very good, owners very friendly and make you very welcome, this was my second stay and I’m going back tomorrow for a few days. Good restaurants and pins nearby, and not to far to walk to the seafront.

My room was a tad small for some one of my size but everything you require was there, nice clean towels, hair dryer, tea and coffee and at the end of the day you don’t want to stay in your room when your away.

Lovely welcome, very friendly hosts. Super breakfast, dog friendly. Great advice for local trips out and area.

The owners could not have been more kind and helpful. All services were excellent including the lovely breakfast. Would definitely recommend and would like to stay there again ourselves.
