Best place for stay if you are in Edirne, Friendly and very helpful staff ! We have a pleasant stay and everything was perfect. Close to hotel there are a good restaurant and bakery. Free of charge parking is available. In the morning we have so delusions breakfast and a sweets like a compliment from the hotel. It was fantastic stay in the Alan Suites! Thanks!

Everything was good!

Curățenie în fiecare zi, personal amabil, micul dejun peste așteptări (toată lumea știe și vorbește despre acest fapt), parcare mare privată gratuită. Prețul cazării este decent și atâta timp cât va fi convenabil, vom reveni tot aici.

Pereții nu sunt bine antifonați și se aude televizorul și vocea vecinilor. Unii vizitatori sunt zgomotoși. Pentru cine este doar in tranzit și sta o zi sau o noapte, nu e nici o problema. Dacă stai mai multe zile insa...recomand montarea de autocolante cu "păstrați liniștea". Alta problema....se lucrează la etajele 5 și 6 astfel încât se aude bormașina și ciocanul deranjant, inclusiv sâmbătă și duminică până seara. Nu am știut acest lucru, când am făcut rezervarea. Un fapt pozitiv pentru personalul hotelului: ne-au oferit o camera la etajul 3, unde era cat de cat liniște. Mulțumim mult pentru acest lucru. Sperăm că atunci când vom reveni sa putem acorda din nou nota 10.

the buffet selection was weak, we arrived late at the buffet and the things that were finished were not restocked.

This is our third time to stay here in the last three years and it's always been amazing but this year we were so pleasantly surprised with changes and upgrades to the hotel. Everything was squeaky clean, the room was spacious and beautiful, the staff was super kind, they all absolutely outdid themselves. Well done Alan Suites, you did a great job.

Everything was perfect!

General accommodation conditions grade 10. Friendly and smiling staff (Ceren) and the lady at the reception (Bike) helped us on several occasions, including getting the urban transport card. I recommend the promoțional for her. A lot of parking place any hour, no problem. If i have to comment in just one word: excelent. Keep going, this way....

Some customers, I am ashamed of them (...) they are noisy. I thank the reception staff for solving the situation. Grade 10 professionalism

Good location. Smiling staff. Excellent breakfast. Uğur and Çagla were very kind. Recommended that hotel. For sure come back again!

The only that could be changed are the windows or specifically the joinery- a lot of noise is coming from the near road.

The woman at reception was really nice (Ilaur) and provided us with slimer pillows when we requested.

The room was great! They upgraded it without us asking for it at no extra cost from Deluxe Room to Junior Suite. It had a small balcony, two bedrooms (a big one with double bed and a small one with single bed for child), large bath and a small hall room. Everything was exceptionally clean. The breakfast was great. The personal is very warm and polite.

A few people from the personal knew other language except Turkish. Some of them knew Bulgarian which made the things much easier for us but if you expect to hear proper English it will be more difficult. You can't order any alcohol in the hotel (even light one) - no beer, no wine. That's because of some law forbidding the usage of alcohol near mosques - you must be at least 500 m away from the religious building if you want to find any. The hotel is far from the city center.

Amazing breakfast and staff

It's not our first time in this Hotel. Everything has always been perfect. Rooms are comfy and Breakfast is even better than many 5 star hotels. Ugur and Gencay in reception has been really helpful in all our requests.

Out of our many stays, only once, the bathroom wasn't properly cleaned. The kids playground is closed since months. Other than that, all is fine.
