The Hotel Neiva Plaza is situated in the central square of the city of Neiva. It is comfortable and probably one of the best hotels in the city. The staff is friendly. The breakfast is very good, with various options: different dishes (like caldo soup, sausages, veggies, omlette). Also eggs made on order are a possibility. They also have cold cuts, cheese, fruits, cereals, juices, coffee, chocolate, tea. The hotel has hot water (in Colombia many hotels do not have this ammenity) with good pressure. Towels and toiletries are very good. Bed sheets and bed are also of good quality. The windows have good soundproofing. The hotel offers free coffee at the reception desk.

It would have been nice to have also an armchair or sofa in the room. The room was very spacious, but only had two chairs and a table. However, it was nice the balcony also had two chairs :)

Sweep out front! I know Neiva is dirty but c’mon, clean up your entrance. Be the example as well for your Centro.

Furniture is a little outdated taking into consideration the prices of the hotel.

The hotel is over priced with so called four star. The check in process very slow and the WiFi is not connected at my room. In addition the breakfast also just so-so.

Big room

Hotel Neiva Plaza is well located at Neiva, personnel staff are really nice and is really comfortable. It has a great swimming pool, offers room service or it has restaurants for a nice diner.

Large room, balcony with view to plaza, good WIFI, pool, breakfast some room for improvement, friendly reception. Good value.

Tried to extra-charge me for Hotel insurance, dropped it after brief discussion. Wonder why Booking customers (guaranteed with credit card) need to fully pay their room in advance, before they even let people in. Noisy contruction work all day.

The staff here are really friendly, and it's a very central location right on the plaza. Of course, this means there is a lot of traffic noise, but it's got great atmosphere. The pool is great.

The hotel and Neiva look very sad and abandoned. There is nothing interesting in the city and the area around the hotel. The hotel does not look like in the pictures at all. It is outdated. Breakfast is of poor quality. The area around the hotel is dirty and it looks dangerous. Everything is closed early. I can’t recommend this hotel and Neiva to anyone. Stay away.
