Convenient location.

Only had 2 local channels for watching TV, no cable with additional channels. Plus No hot water! These issues were observed when I stayed a few days before, on 10 - 11 NOV 2022.

The fact that it's rated as a 4 star hotel , with a restaurant. First of all there is no restaurant, they only serve breakfast to guests sat at tables on a second floor landing. No coffee or tea facilities. There was no hot water the first night when I arrived, only to get a reply that it works with solar panels but yet it was sunny the next to days and yet no hot water and ended up catching a cold because of the cold showers. The towels were tired. The blinds could not rise them as it wouldn't work. No shower gel, just a small thin soap which they never replaced. All in all, I would definitely would not rate this as a 4 star hotel but simply as a 2 star hostel. Very disappointed.

The staff was nice

The localisation on the main street just in front of casinos. At night it gets really unsafe with the homeless drunken people there. The breakfast which was really poor. The pillows way to heigh to actually get a good night of sleep. The only 2 channels on TV. If you're looking to get a nice rest in a hotel well located that provides quality this is definetely not the place

The staff was very helpful and nice.

The hotel seems to be made out of paper walls, it's extremely noisy. Our room also didn't have a shower head, which is rather basic equipment.

This hotel was really nice, the staff was really helpful, and breakfast was great. We love the location the room was clean. Overall we had a really good stay.

The only thing we didn't like about this hotel is the parking, the parking was free but when we checked in the parking lot didn't had a space for our car. so we had to drive around the city for parking that will let you park overnight. And we end up paying for parking.

The room was clean and spacious, and housekeeping came each day while I was out. The wifi works well. We were able to leave our luggage there for the day after checking out.

The pillows on the beds were really big and over-stuffed and really uncomfortable! The breakfasts were nice but quite small - the first day I got 2 slices of bread with my eggs, and but on the subsequent days we only got 1 tiny slice of bread per portion. There's not much choice - there are 3 options but they are all variations of scrambled eggs - huevos pericos (tomato and onion), huevos rancheros (sausage), or just scrambled eggs. This is the same every day. There is no hot water in the shower. One day I left the card in the slot so the power would stay on and I could keep something cold in the fridge (there is a separate room key). I came back to find that the card had been confiscated when the room was cleaned, and had been left at reception. It was very strange to come back to the room and find the card gone! If you want to keep medication or something in the fridge I would advise speaking to staff so the power does not get turned off.
