-There was a smell in the room -When the neighbour would smoke, our room would smell of smoke also -The window opened in front of a car wash that was always working.. a lot of noise -the carpet didn't seem very clean -you could hear the neighbours as if they were in your room

The staff is very friendly, always smiling. I have just good world about the employees.

The refrigerator it was rusty, one wall is looking bad, the doors are not in a good condition. The shower wasn’t cleaned properly, I found hair on the shower. it’s a bit noisy because they have a car wash next to the hotel.

Very uncomfortable bed and pillows. Even the linens were made of a very strange material that felt like sleeping in plastic. The hotel was extremely noisy. We could not sleep AT ALL, we jumped out of bed several times because the noises in the hotel were very loud and strange I could say( people slamming the doors and all the walls were shaking, the cleaning lady vacuuming the hallway at very early hours, people screaming on the hallway, train and traffic noise from the outside). Moreover the AC is positioned very wrong, directed towards the bed, which is not good for health if you want to keep it open all night. We could not sleep because of the heat as well, and opening the windows was another problem due to outside noise.

All good. Good location 5min from train station, not too far to the beach. Lots of car washers around.

the room was pleasant and the bed was comfortable. I liked the terrace in the room and it was pretty clean

The blanket was completely missing, event though it was in June, at least a summer blanked would be nice, we used the bed sheets as cover in the morning. The staff was friendly but couldn’t or didn’t want to offer us the AC remote, and even though we had a terrace, the room was pretty hot at the last floor. Upon entering the bathroom we were surprised to see that there was a towel thrown near the shower, we moved it but it wasn’t a great first experience.

The hotel is clean and nice, the staff is also amazing, room was spacious and the bathroom was ok.

It’s a bit noisy because of the street and traffic.
