L’emplacement, le professionnalisme du personnel, la propreté des chambres
Les matelas sont trop mous et donnent mal au dos, le restaurant est très bon mais les plats couteux.

The hotel is well located and the quality is good for the standards in Sierra Leone. The staff is kind and breakfast is good. It is a good hotel for a short business trip.

El personal, la limpieza, la comida.
-Hay cucarachas en el cuarto de ban̈o. Por mas que fumigan, vuelven a salir. Son de las pequeñas, y eso quiere decir que hay nidos de cucarachas. Deberian plantearae una fumigacion o tratamiento integral del hotel. Fumigar el cuarto de ban̈o de una habitacion no soluciona el problema.
-El cuarto de ban̈o huele mal si se deja cerrado. Deberian plantearse una renovacion de los cuartos de ban̈o.
- Por el precio que se paga, podrian tener un buen café, en lugar del cafe aguado que ponen en el desayuno. Es lo peor del desayuno. Hace meses tenian una maquina de cafe expreso, aunque habia que pagarlo, pero no sé por que ahora no la tienen.
- La cama se hunde, y se duerme muy mal. Incómoda.
- Para la próxima vez yo me pensaré si ir a este hotel u otro de mejor calidad. Los hay con precios similares.

Great restaurant with excellent local dishes like cassava leaf, potato leaf, krain krain and groundnut stew. Includes fully stocked bar and satellite TV where they often show sports channels (including Premier League football).

unfortunately the room was extremely unclean. there was a rat in the room which the staff didn’t seem too concerned about addressing, in addition to the many cockroaches and broken air-conditioning. the room also floods when it rains. extremely over priced for what is advertised. note there is no gym facility although it is specifically advertised as a feature of the hotel.

The cleanliness and size of the room. The staff was really helpful and always smiling.
There were a strong smell from the toilet I think from the gutter. I had to always keep the drain lid closed in other to be fine.

The location was perfect, but the cleaningness was not top class. There's room for improvement. Paint in the Wall is dirty, Doors needs to be clean.

Good food, good service, decently clean, very good location.
Mattress quite uncomfortable, and automatic light in the room, which means each time you move in your sleep the light goes on !!!

I enjoyed the breakfast very much. Would have also liked muesli as the other cereals provided were too sweet
Would have liked more snacks on the menu as well as full meals. My sheets and towels were not changed during my seven (7) night stay. Maybe change them once every 3 - 4 days?
