Breakfast was great. But there was no drinking water for the whole night till 9am. Also no enough bathing towels and wash clothes.

Great location, it is one of few hotels near the centre. The staff was very kind, the room was perfectly clean and everything I needed was available.

The hotel does not have a credit card machine even though according to Booking card payment should have been possible. Big hassle to withdraw money with a credit card: had to try 8 ATMs before it worked.Had to schlepp back with a wad of cash.

One of few hotels in the city centre. 50 meters walk to a roundabout from where you can see the Cotton Tree in the distance. Choithrams supermarket nearby. Breakfast was not buffé but very good and plentiful indeed. Room is standard with a/c and nothing to complain about. Has a fridge, too. Whenever the electricity stopped the reserve supply started within seconds. The staff in the reception are incredibly helpful and arrange whatever you need including transport.

Perfect location for exploring the city. Staff, management and owner were super friendly and really helpful. Food was really good -we loved the lobster. Rooms comfortable- we loved it.

No problems - I doubt there’s a better hotel option in the centre of the city for exploring over 4 or 5 days.

Good priced rooms with tv, fridge and air conditioning. Laundry service. Private parking place with 0-24 security.

The stuff Was very nice (except 1 guy), parking Was secured by guard. They asked for more money, Than what the booking.com price Was... We had to pay extra to get the room. We left to a much better one for cheaper.

The bathroom Was dirty, the Windows were missing pieces, só Was Always open. We asked for 2 separated beds, got a normal double bed. We asked for a 2nd blanket, they refused first, but the cleaning lady Was nice, so got one.

Friendly , caring staff and very helpful. They listen to the customers needs.

The area is quite noisy, the mattress too soft, TV not not working, some dust on the bedside table, a lot of dust behind the table (we had to move it when trying to connect the bedside lights which were actually not working).

Bed lights and electric kettle that belong to the room were not functioning due to mismatching type of plugs with the outlets on the wall.
