I thought the hotel overall was underwhelming. I was put into a tiny room above the breakfast area so I could hear everything at 7am in the morning. The shower took literally minutes for the hot water to work and the water pressure was horrible.

Breakfast was eggs, eggs, eggs, dough, pan, no fruit, no granola, processed cereals, and a tiny glass of orange juice. They should improve their breakfast options because it was embarrassing.

Good neighborhood, great breakfast and wifi.

The room don’t have conditioner air/fan.

This was our second stay at this hotel, both times being pleasant and comfortable. Parking is on the street and not supervised, but the hotel is in a nice area and we had no worries for security. It is a short walk to the main commercial section with restaurants, parks and shopping, and access by car in and out of Armenia is easy and relatively uncrowded, at least as compared to Medellin or Bogota.

A couple of mosquitoes briefly bothered us, but only because we had the window open to enjoy the fresh night air.
