Absolutamente nada

Para empezar no tienen el parqueadero en el Propio hotel hay q desplazarse 3 cuadras en una zona no muy buena de hecho habían indigentes en la calle cuando dejamos el carro La habitación 170 el valor y uno no funcionaba su ventilador porque no tiene aire , el minibar con dos aguas tibias y dos jugos tibios porque no funcionaba tampoco la nevera minibar El baño es estrecho y básicamente pegado a la ducha que limita el desplazamiento adecuadamente Su desayuno no tienen nada de variedad en fin jamás volveré

Booking process was good and staff were helpful.

Terrible room location meant I heard absolutely everything all night long. I did not receive the room advertised on booking.com as it was only just bigger than a double bed. With the constant noise from reception I got absolutely no sleep at all and left after the first night.

Location is perfect and the facilities are fair for the amount they charge. Breakfast was quite good and decent meal sizes were offered

My room did not have good ventilation. It got too humid and pretty much stayed like that the whole trip. It was not that easy to feel fresh air and having it flowing.

The front desk clerks were really nice. I don't speak fluent Spanish and it all worked out. The location is excellent as you can walk to stores and lots of restaurants. The cab service was excellent from the location. The check in and out process worked smoothly. The bed was comfortable

The bathroom was a bit small. There was not a safe in the room. I thought this was advertised. I thought breakfast was included but it was not made clear up front at check in like the other hotels I stayed at on the same trip. I could hear people eating breakfast but there was no buffet or servers . It was like you had to ask for it (tray of food) rather than go to a meal area to get it. The water in my shower was at best warm rather than hot. My room had a window facing a hallway rather than the outside of the building. It was also a bit noisy at times but it quieted down around bedtime. This felt more like a nicer hostel than a hotel. It was a nice safe place to sleep. Also, the internet connection went down for a bit but was working most of the time.

When I searched for the name of this hotel in the GPS, it sent me to the wrong location, I had to call the hotel for receiving instructuons.

Great location, easy access to transportation and other places around Armenia. Staff is very kind, always ready to help and make their guests comfortable. Room and bathroom were very clean at arrival. The next day I had to go to work and since the check-out is at 1 pm, they held my luggage until it was time for me to go to the airport and even helped me to call a taxi.

The room I was in looked very dated and that gives a vibe of "not caring". With that I mean the furniture was loosing color and looked old. The shower had a aluminum sliding door that has seen better days, it was cracked and did not slide properly, when I showered it was hard to open it, I though I was going to have to yell for help...that's never good.

Very nice staff, good coffee and great breakfast! Also, it's a good location since you're walking distance from important places.

The price for a European wage is very cheap. Comfortable beds. Good shower.

No windows. Feels like a prison. Very dark room. It doesn't tell you on the description of the room. It's really for sleeping only, definitely not to be used to spend anytime relaxing.
