Village au pied des montagnes très calme

Nous sommes venus avec un chien et avons payé un supplément de 8 euros. Le soir de notre départ je reçois un message m indiquant qu il y avait beaucoup de poils de chien dans le mobil home et qu ils allaient me facturer 50€. Quelle surprise de recevoir ce genre de message, il aurait été plus judicieux de nous informer que vous n acceptiez pas les chiens et nous laisser un balai nous aurions fait nous même le ménage !

The room was small but as advertised so not an issue. Staff friendly. Setting excellent and food was lovely.

Check-in and staff were nice. View from the "mobile home" terrace was beautiful.

The unit was quite small and the a/c was not available in the bedroom, so we used the sofa for sleeping. Ok for two, but for 4 people maybe not. Somewhat pricey for the experience.

The location is amazing, the accommodation was good, very clean, very peaceful location and the town of Tivissa is very authentic, a real community village feel.

Heated pool would be nice, but tbh not necessary in high season.

This was a great place to stay all the staff where very nice and helpful English was good. Chalets where clean and comfortable

The staff were nice and friendly. The location is excellent. The place is well equipped or it would be if the facilities were open.

Most of the time all the facilities were closed. It was freezing cold at night. I had chosen self catering, when I got there they changed it to room only. The first thing the receptionist said was no cooking, so she clearly knew I had chosen catering. Everything around was closed except over weekend, I had to live mostly on sandwiches. Though they helpfully gave me access to a small microwave and a fridge, I had to go out to buy cookware plates, cutlery, etc. They could easily have lent these from their cafe that was closed. There was no toilet paper and they kept all the loos locked up during weekdays. At the weekend people stayed and it was phenomenally noisy, day and night.

I had never swam in a pool with such a tremendous view before tbis visit. The 3 course menu was fantastic with consistent quality over our stay. Tivissa is also so pretty and photogenic
