Breakfast was reasonable with limited spread.Location is good as it is close to beach and the main Fort Kochi areas.
The room was small and had basic facilities.The wifi connectivity was poor ,besides for the amount charged there were other homestays with better facilities available in the vicinity.

people not using the pool shower all it needs is a sign to say - please use the shower before getting in the pool.

Beautiful place with a rooftop, a lot of plants in the center of Fort Kochi. Nice Host really kindly, and the Breakfast is in the price ! Would Recommande

Patrick 's wife is preparing a very tasty homemade breakfast.
There is a beautiful rooftop terrace for yoga practice where birds come close and sing. There are plenty of washing lines there too.
We swam at the local's beach in early morning, you can ask Patrick to join him. Please mind that Cochi beach is not safe, so do go with Patrick.
If you wish to practice with a yoga teacher them Ramesh can lead you in his simple and deep masterly way. Ask Patrick to invite him over.
There was too much furniture in the room, which otherwise was big and very clean and comfortable.

Loved the place, so many plants around it was almost like living in a forest. The room was very clean and provided all equipments required. Overall a delightful experience. The place is adorable.

If you like to have only 30 minutes to take breakfast (8:30-9:00AM) with no choice or asking for eventual allergies or restrictions, you're in the right place;
If you like to have the owner of property enter your room without your consent and presence, you're in the right place;
If you like to be reprimanded in public at the breakfast by the owners wife, you're in the right place

Budget homestay with friendly behaviour from the host
Small rooms,and rooms are on the first floor with a steep staircase ..very difficult if u have luggages

- nice host (always ready to arrange all kinds of stuff for you :)

- overhead shower could work better. Availability of some shampoo would have been great
- in rainy season, would have been nice to have some umbrella's to borrow (Host did borrow us his umbrella, though that umbrella had probably seen better days)
But overall these are minor improvements/nits.

Homestays are always special but few take the cake.You are in a garden literally.Flowering plants right from the gate upto the room cheers you up.

The host was super friendly and helped me with best plans to do in Fort Kochi and surroundings, thanks to him and ended up going to a Katakhaly show and renting a motorbike to visit Cherai beach

Mary and Patrick were wonderful hosts. the room was equipped with everything one would need and everything was spotless clean. other than that the location was to die for. everything is so nearby. also the breakfast was lovely. it was totally worth the money

The owners of the house are so caring and warm. Room and place is very relaxing. In the breakfast you would get to taste the dishes ok Kerala. This home is situated on prime location of fort Kochi area.
Overall my stay here was very memorable and lovely and not costly at all.
