Clean property and friendly staff. Breakfast was good.

The swimming pool was extremely dirty. I had selected this property also for the pool. A major letdown.

The hotel is a charming little place. The staff is friendly and very prompt. They helped my mum with a room on the ground floor so she can avoid the stairs and even allowed us an early check-in. The property has a motor boat so we went boating on Vembanad lake for 2000INR.

The only (but huge) disappointment was the food. breakfast was passable but lunch and dinner was barely edible. They had only 4-5 items on the menu to begin with but even that wasn't cooked well and tasted very bad. They didn't serve basic stuff like an iced tea or cold coffee. So my recommendation would be to stay here (I'd definately come back for a second visit) but eat elsewhere in Fort area.

Liked everything about the place the room hospitality the surroundings the waterfront is even better than the pictures Has a different aura to it altogether Soothing Silent The washroom is also beautiful Just amazing and so comfortable to stay

The food-Pathetic Cant say enough but food is horrible U hav breakfast included in an over 4500 rs room u assume its obvious it wud b nice and variety would be there Its on waterside ya fine but there s hardly any breakfast options..got only fruits and juice Had to order for dosa one day wch was amde from the same appam batter and the weird stew they gave for poori aloo and then travelling for so long on an empty stomach to wait only till lunch at my own conference was horrible both days

Find out the location is very difficult . I din't get food on hotel i always by food from Zomato best part is that hotel restorent suggest me if you like eat good food order on Zomato hahahaha

The staff were very attentive and helpful. Food great. Being on the waterfront , there’s plenty of big vessels, fishermen and boats. Fun walking around the Old Fort area. Litter in the streets in some places.

This hotel is very nice. Also the stuff. The rooms are very clean. Everything is very good.
