Perfect house for four people. We loved every corner of it. The beds are comfortable. The owner super kind and helpful. Lemon tree in the garden, with lots of birds. The beach 1000 steps far only.

Very clean got all that you need there and quite area and the host we're very helpful any problems
Had couple decent restaurants by we don't drive so that's handy and bus to Larnaca bust stop just outside the property

The villa is luxurious and gorgeous, there is everything you need and in sufficient quantity. Perfect for a family or company of 3-4 people. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. The swimming pool nearby completes the overall experience. The owner is always in touch and ready to help.

Our stay was in winter, during New Year's period. We are family 2+3. The villa is fully equiped with everyting you need during your vacation with kids. All rooms, kitchen and the bathroom are renovated and well maintained. There is a nice garden with a lot of shadow. The air con is efficient. We were provided with duvets and bed linen. Beds are comfortable. We haven't used the pool but it seems to be clean and also well manitained. The beach is available with walking distance. Communication with host was good. We truly recommend this place and definitely would like to come back!

Exellent double bed, very quiet all the time, all the kitchen equipment one can wish, clean and big swimming pool easy accessible. Best chooce for a family with kids.
Common cat from compund was always there.

The outdoor space and seating area underneath the pergola was just a relaxing place to sit - any time of day. The availability of the pool in the centre of the complex was great for the children and its proximity to beaches was fab.
I had a little challenge with starting the washing machine, in spite of full instructions being kindly left by the host. I got it working eventually, but by luck. Maybe a user issue!

A perfect location, close to Larnaca, Kiti and Meneou, yet in a rural area very close to the coast, with good roads.
The house was tricky to find in the dark. Although there is a street light outside it doesn't cast much light. The house doesn't actually say it is "Sunrise Villa" but is number 3. I was glad I had my phone for its torch.

.The villa is very comfortable for a family of 4 .There are 2 bedrooms. There is an option for 5th bed in the living room The house is modern and fully equipped with everything including all you need for perfect vacation

The location is good, 10 min from Larnaca and 40 min from Aya Napa
The 5th bed in the living room was not so comfortable
