Awesome staff

I like the staff, charming, friendly. Great location right in the heart of the small town, close to the main pier where you can get access to the tours.

I did not dislike many things, over all was a nice place to stay but i would give my feet back. I think that they could add some hangers and towel hooks bathrooms lack them, and also i think it would be great if they build drying strings so one can dry wet clothing.

Rooms are good size ,clean, good breakfast all is good . I give a 6 because there is no hot water and it is not mentioned anywhere .

Beautiful small town with good restaurant and nice people. Room, pool and the whole hotel area was very clean. The lady working at the reception was extremely nice and gave good recommendations. Overall it was the best stay we had during our 10 days trip in panama! :)

You should know that the street to Boca Chica becomes challenging with a lot of rain. But after a long road.. a very nice place will be waiting for you!

No hot water in the showers.

Very friendly staff. Very helpful with any question. Travel agency right next to the reception was very helpful either. Laundry was great for a good price.

Safe was not working. Hard to reach, make sure to have a rental car or travel by organized agency. The only hotel in town, only one restaurant open and small supermarkets. Besides some tours not to much to do.

We enjoyed our first stay here so much we booked it again for another stay a little later on!!!! We got to meet Roxy the first time and there was a 4-year-old girl's birthday party going on at the time! It showed how much this place is a part of the community!! Also, Roxy recommended a REALLY good restaurant that she enjoys and we ate their both times also!!! Her staff was VERY helpful and the breakfasts were large and tasty!! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!! It is rural and not upscale, but a delightful place to stay! The pool is nice, too!

Stay away from Roxy. The issue is the neighbors. Very loud music, dogs barking, and chickens crowing.

Good value and facilities. The staff were very helpful as well.

The breakfast was good and adequate. Hotel staff was helpful and for $10 did our weeks worth of laundry. Didn't use the pool but he deck area is where breakfast is served and is very clean. You can look off into the jungle/forest while you eat or lounge around the pool.

A little difficulty getting checked in but may have been more of an issue with booking company getting reservation to the hotel. We arrived about two hours after making reservation.

having a car parking, and the little fridge in the room was convenient, the ease of booking a boat tour of the golf, comfortable bed, pool and the location was handy.

Be aware of EXTREME loud music during the night. We stayed three nights and the first two nights we had very loud music from the neighbor starting from around 7pm till late in the night. Don't think about sleeping it sounds like the music is right in your room. The third night the music started again but then there was rain and a power outage, so the music stopped and we had at least one night of sleep. Roxy has a power generator, so as a guest you won't be affected by a power outage. It's really sad because otherwise it would have been a nice stay. Apperantly there is nothing Roxy can do against the music. Other than informed before, the bar and restaurant were closed all days we have been there.

a party next door with EXTremely loud music placed half the night. we were warned in advance however that place could be noisy.

Not much. No reading lamp, all the lights were very dim, not very clean, and very minimal accommodations for the price.

very uncomfortable bed, both my husband and I had sore hips for 2 days…!
