Stylish decoration, perfect location and super nice staff.

L’emplacement (quartier animé et agréable), la gentillesse du personnel, la piscine, le petit déjeuner. On y reviendra sans aucune hésitation si on revisite Chang Mai
L’hôtel est en cours de rénovation: On nous a attribué des chambres non encore rénovés, en effet la sdb a besoin d’être rénovée (la chambre était belle cependant). Quand toutes les chambres et sdb seront rénovées ce sera encore plus beau.

Excellent location. The manager was extremely nice and gave us a very early check in at about 10.30. Beautiful rooftop pool.
Needs refurbishing because the rooms look old. More like a 4 star instead of a 5 star.

Great location. Good value. Nearby street food, flea market, and mall. Good quality for in room amenities. Staffs are super friendly. Decoration reflects the name of this hotel so well.
Water didn’t drain that well after using bathroom. Noise from construction may disturb during daytime. Night time is fine.

Art Mai is one of the best places we have stayed in Thailand!
The location is excellent- the area is funky and upcoming. There are so many cafes, restaurants and bars to discover in the area. We stayed on a weekend and there was a food market at One Nimmian which was great with buskers - a great experience. Old Town is also only a short ride away.
The room itself was clean and comfortable. Staff working at the hotel were superb and friendly. They answered all of our questions and have heresy advice on what to do in the area.
The pool is great and has a brilliant view. We also tried a few different cocktails from the bar which were also fantastic.
Overall a perfect place to stay!
Everything was super! Only small criticism is the breakfast is slightly overpriced when there are great options for breakfast and brunch a few minutes walk away.

We stayed in Art Mai Gallery as a group for 6 nights in July 2023. The location was excellent.
It was good as a boutique style hotel, but below our expectations. It was a kind of old and weary. The main weakness was the breakfast. It was very limited with very few items compared to the Thai standard and without some of the basic ingredients such as cheese. In some instances some dishes finished early but was not replenished.

Everything was great and we got an upgrade. I also love the face they let up check in early. That was so great, because we where so tried.
The breakfast was okay. I also wish the gym had heavier weights. Everything was to light for me to use for an exercise.

Rather easy to get to, to call taxi, or pick up and drop off,
10 minutes walk to Maya,
Rather quiet despite being in the middle of tourist area,

Bed, room and pool are nice, but too much time spent out of the hotel

The staff, especially Sar, was incredibly friendly and helpful . The location was fantastic and the vibe of the hotel really cool. We really enjoyed the bar on the 8th floor as well with very friendly bartenders that made great cocktails!
The opening hours of the restaurant was unclear and a shower in the bathtub seems a bit outdated for such a modern hotel

The booking was for 5 people.
The rooms price appeared to be for 4 so they charged me for an extra bed and breakfast.
Not sure it's the hotel issue, maybe its the interface with booking.com to blame.

I would like to express my gratitude to the Art Mai Gallery Hotel staff in Chiang Mai for their exceptional hospitality during my one-month stay. They were incredibly kind, courteous, and efficient, making my stay all the more enjoyable.
The hotel's location is strategically placed near Niman 1, restaurants, massage parlors, and other amenities, making it an ideal spot. I particularly enjoyed the cozy and tastefully decorated room, as well as the beautiful bathroom.
The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the linens were lovely, making it an indulgent experience. Thank you very much for providing me with a delightful stay.

The hotel was wonderful, so much so, we have already booked another 2 weeks for the end of this year.
The location was perfect, the staff were great and very attentive to all our needs.
I really could not recommend this hotel highly enough, and it will certainly be our first choice to stay for all our future visits to Chiang Mai.
Absolutely nothing to complain about here.

The staff was very professional and helped in all needs and suggestions. They were very kind to book us a taxi. They even let us borrow the weighing scale to measure our luggage. We also borrowed iron.
They only provide 1 set of key card which is needed in the room for power. For couples, it is inconvenient if someone needs to go out as they would need the key. Otherwise, the lights will be off, or the other person will need to get up and open the door.
Breakfast was good, but I was put off as I saw a cockroach in one of the hot trays, so I only had toast and a fresh omelette for 3 days. They did change the dish straight away when i pinted out and apologised.
The toilet clogs easily when you put tissue. They should put a sign in the bathroom so that visitors are aware of the problem and not throw tissue in 5.

Location was Perfectly situated in Niemann. Easy to get around . Staff were friendly and the rooms were clean and spacious
Loved the Artstyle atmosphere
Shower in the bath tub . It’s my pet peeve and often enough for me not to book a place . I wish I was aware of that .
Really small step into the bathroom . Not enough to notice and so kept “ tripping “
Breakfast for westerners was very limited, and never any option changes
But I’m nit picking ..
