I enjoyed my stay here, the room was basic but had everything I needed and a very comfortable bed, nice to have breakfast included and staff were friendly

It is above a shopping mall so there was some noise but didn't go late. I could hear some noise between rooms but not bad.

Centrally located place, good value for little money.

It was really cold in the room, and the fact that there is zero sound proofing made all the love noise from neighbouring rooms quite audible.

The location couldn't be better, right by the main square. It's set in a beautiful old colonial building. The staff were nice, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty.

My room was small and the bathroom was a little run down. My room had a window looking out into the corridor with a thin curtain. Small matters.

Perfect location and is very near the Plaza de Bolivar. However, room is small with minimal amenities - only towel, soap and shampoo. Staff is very friendly and super helpful too

1) i felt very unsafe. we checked in earlier in the day and went out for dinner. when we reworked at 9pm, the front door of the hotel had a note on the door indicating that the only person working had to go to the parking lot and we should call. She was in the parking lot assisting other guests who were having an initial arrival to the parking lot. she returned as fast as she could, but it was 25 minutes later. my concern is that a) the front door of the hotel was locked FROM BOTH THE INSIDE AND OUTSIDE!! if there was a fire, all guests inside would be unable to exit and would perish in the fire. I specifically asked her if there was another exit and she said ‘no’. I asked if the guests were able to unlock the door from the inside and she said ‘no’. I asked if the door would be locked all night when we were also sleeping, and she said ‘yes, it is not safe to leave it unlocked’, I asked her what we could do if there was a fire, and she said she did not know!! b) another issue is that the hotel deems it too unsafe to leave the door unlocked for 25 minutes, so leaving the guests stranded outside for 25 minutes is also perilous! 2) when we finally get to our room, we torn down the bed covers and find they were not changed after the last guest!!! I went back to the front desk and the person on duty came immediately to change the sheets and she apologized on behalf of the hotel.
