Unfortunately it's expensive to stay on mountain, but in comparison to other properties, it seemed good value for the great location & facilities.

There weren't any instructions for the heater - had to ask at reception.

We have been coming to Falls Creek for 15 years. This place was very expensive. The apartment was dirty. Hair and rubbish in the rooms. A $1000 bond upon arrival which seems a bit much when I am paying $1,700 for one night. Beds were uncomfortable. Hole in the door of one of the rooms. We weren’t able to check into our room till 4pm and had to be out by 9:30am. At 8:30am we had a knock at our door to hand staff all of our rubbish. Rooms are closed from 9:30-4pm so staff can “clean out room”, but we were not happy with the state of our room upon arrival.
