Clean and comfortable

It’s technically next to the train station, but there’s no direct connection so you still need to walk 15 minutes to get there, it seems very close to the city center but it’s not.

They do not change towels on regular basis.

The whole corredor was smelling like some burned electronic. There is no path to the Central Station. You need to go around and it takes 10 to 15 minutes

Perfect location, very close to the highway or to the train station. Shops and fast food are close to the hotel. Amiable and welcoming staff. Check-in is super fast. The room is excellent and very warm, comfortable bed and a quiet zone for a good night sleep. Breakfast was fabulous. Parking is available at the rear of the hotel.

IT system fault prevented access to the hotel as arranged for a late arrival, and no communication was possible by phone or text to get round this. Follow-up correspondence about the matter has been acknowledged but no response has been sent.

The staff here were great. There was a problem with our room and they quickly solved the issue and made us feel very welcome. We felt very comfortable in the end and happy to recommend this place to anyone

We had an issue with our room and as we checked after reception hours had to wait until morning but the staff were great and sorted it all out!

Not the prettiest location - next door to a parcels depot. A bit of a trek to the town centre, about 20 minutes walk.
