Breakfast was ok
I had a room towards the train. It was passing by many times during the night and I did not get much sleep. The aircondition was also making noise all the time so all in all it was not a good stay. If I would stay in the hotel again I would need a room in the other side of the hotel - away from the train noise.

As with most Bastion hotels, this one is located in the scenic industrial area, but in this case the down town is not too far away, a mere 10 minutes walk.
Morning omelette was fine.

Really For me everything was Good so i have big respect.

The staff was friendly. I got clean towels and sheets.
The fridge didn't work properly. Maybe more vending machine.

Too many messages reminding of paying for a room although the payment was already made. It made me feel confused and worried.

Breakfast was really good, and always is!
The room was tiny, as was the bed. I am a large guy, and the bathroom was almost impossible to negotiate

you didnt return my money back!!! you just returned 91,80 but you must return 98,10!! what a shame i wait for your answer

Really surprised at how good the stay was! Staff were attentive, breakfast was delicious, room was quiet and clean, bad reviews made me a little apprehensive about the place but I was impressed with the place, fair enough it's in a secluded place next to a train line and McDonald's but it had no negative impact on my stay!

The staff was nice and helpful
The hotel is very dirty and makes you feel like you don’t want to touch things. The smell in our room was very bad

Nothing was good.
The room was not cleaned so a lot of hair on the floor and dust.
Very noisy from outside of train. Hardly sleep.
And receptionist is not helpful.
