Wherever we go we try to book somewhere with a balcony/sea view. This view was just gorgeous…. Would have been even better had the weather being the norm for Cornwall. Instead we had a lot of rain although we made the most of the many shops snd restaurants straight outside the communal door which serves 5 apartments. Jason, the maintenance man was very helpful and he tried so hard to get a replacement for the disheshrtnn

My wife and I were looking for a place to stay for our very first holiday as a family with our baby boy. We came across this apartment which appeared to offer a spacious, clean, comfortable apartment and epic Cornish seaviews. Michelle was great with communications at the early booking stages and throughout. There were helpful guidance notes sent on approach to the stay. The apartment was amazing and lived up to the description. We enjoyed a lovely homely space right on the doorstep of Looe and also enjoyed those beautiful sea views all week. I would not hesitate to stay here again on a future visit to Looe. Thanks for a great stay and for helping make our first family holiday a success!!

The apartment is spacious with the best views of the bay from three rooms. There was everything needed for a great stay, a well equipped kitchen, cosy lounge and some lovely touches to make your stay feel like a home from home. Plenty of towels and crisp fresh linen on a comfy bed, with a view across the bay from the master bedroom and each balcony had a place to sit and enjoy it. Looe was a nice village, with plenty of shops, pubs and places to dine. We walked the coastal paths and caught the train to Liskeard. The sea in the bay is quite shallow you can stand up quite a way out, and it's a favourite for swimmers and wannabe surfers.

Beautiful, very clean, spacious apartment, very well equipped kitchen, stunning views, yes, there are a number of stairs but these are very well lit at night and two hand rails. As the apartment is on the beach front it was great going for a swim. Appreciated the private parking. Would go back in a heartbeat. The apartment is in the perfect location, just a few steps from the beach, harbour and the centre of town. It is spacious, comfortable, clean and has every amenity you could wish for along with amazing views.

This is a great apartment with stunning views. There are quite a few stairs, but that is why you get the view literally overlooking Looe beach. We thought it was fantastic and have actually already booked for next year. Parking is tight but that is to be expected on Looe front! Everything you need is in the apartment including a nice en-suite and large kitchen. Our 10 year old really loved it.

We had an amazing stay for a week in Looe. A return visit to the town but first stay in this property. It didn’t disappoint. It was spacious, bright, comfortable and very well equipped. It was a real home away from home especially as we had rain for the first two days. We were happy to just stay in! It’s number one feature is it’s prime location. You really are at the heart of everything and it had private parking. Overlooking the beach with 3 ample balconies to chose from, it really was a stones throw from the sea. Stunning views and the binoculars were a great touch. If I had to be picky, I didn’t love the stairs but as the listing says, it’s a price worth paying when you see the views. I’m totally unfit and I managed them! Over all it’s a fantastic place to stay. Would highly recommend recommend.

The car park is a brilliant bonus as parking in Looe would be tricky without it. We got our estate car in - it's tight but doable! The hosts are fab and when lights didn't work their maintenance was out in a flash to fix it. We absolutely love it here and wouldn't hesitate in recomending it.

Our holiday had had to be cancelled in 2020 due to covid so was really exited to come at last. What a lovely apartment, certainly lives up to the photos. Everything is thought of, down to the salt and vinegar for the fish and chips. The beds were very comfortable and the showers excellent. All in all a lovely holiday had by one and all.

Flat was a fantastic location, above the Sandy Looe beach, and in the heart of town. The flat itself was clean, well decorated and furnished, and has essential amenities, (dishwasher, washing machine, iron etc). It really is home from home. Loads to do, great for kids with the flat above the beach. Would suggest costal walk to Polperro. For great food - recommend Ocean and Earth (Thai restaurant), and Smugglers Cove. Two of our party have visited Thailand, both agreed Ocean and Earth was as good/better than they enjoyed on their Hols!! As mentioned, Flat was great for our adult party of five, but be aware - stairs are steep, (our daily exercise), and parking is tight. We had a large car, and I decided after a couple of days of difficult parking that for £6, parking in Looe bay was far easier. (Remember you have to drive thru holiday crowds in the narrow roads in the town to reach the flat!). This was our first visit to this part of Cornwall, and we will return to this flat as it was just great! Thanks again Lee and Koos

We are a family of four and stayed at this wonderful apartment for two weeks. The apartment was home from home with everything we needed. The views were stunning and waking up to the sound of the waves was the best. Communications with Michelle were good. Overall a really good holiday.. Just had parking issues on the second week as we couldn’t park outside the apartment as couldn’t get our car in the space provided. One day we couldn’t physically get in the car as spaces were that close together. So it would be ok if you wanted to park your car and not use it till you left but if you like to visit other places it’s a bit of a hassle getting the car in and out. Might be better out of season. Super apartment / value for money this property. Don’t have a bad word to say, stunning views from 3 balconies over Looe beach, very clean, well furnished, comfortable beds, perfect for my family of 5. We shall return! Thanks to the owners for prompt responses and easy payment etc. Craig

The property is amazing, with stunning views. It’s not possible to get a better location in Looe as the restaurants and shops are on the doorstep but when in the property you could be a million miles away as the setting is so tranquil. Yes it has steps but they are easy to climb and the flat is worth it. Had an amazing holiday very sad to leave.

This is in a prime frontline position overlooking the beach. The property is spacious, spotless and has everything you could possibly need. Right in the centre of looe within walking distance of all bars and restaurants. Highly recommended.

Beautifully clean, decorated and everything you would need - even for a stay over Christmas. Fantastic views and location. Loved it!

A spacious apartment which is like a real home from home. It is beautifully decorated and furnished and was spotlessly clean throughout. Even the towels were soft and fluffy! The kitchen is well equiped with everything you could need if you decide to eat in, but the apartment is within easy walking distant of many nice restaurants and cafes to suit all budgets and tastes. The owners have put together a useful and informative pack about the apartment and things to see and do in the area. The only disadvantage would be for someone infirm or with very small children - there are several flights of stairs. The view is well worth the climb, and is amazing day or night. Many of the neighbours are locals and were very friendly and welcoming. The booking was very easy, the owner handled our booking quickly and efficiently and supplied us with all the information we needed for our arrival in plenty of time, including clear directions to help us find our way to the apartment. Would recommend very highly and hope to return.

The apartment is situated in a fantastic location, amazing views, even managed to have breakfast on the balcony in the sunshine, not bad for October! You couldn't ask for more, the apartment is so well equipped, comfortable and spacious, we will definitely be back!!

Have just had a week's stay at this stunning apartment in East Looe. The location is perfect as it overlooks the beach and was in the centre of East Looe so you can walk everywhere and it comes with its own parking space which is a rarity in Looe! The apartment was spotless and lots of nice touches like fresh milk, teabags, fresh towels, tv in both the lounge and kitchen and other homely things were ready for our arrival. The apartment was very homely and if you had a rainy day (and we had several unfortunately) you felt very comfortable in the apartment as everything that was needed was there. There is a Co-op supermarket within 5 minutes walking distance of the apartment along with several pubs and some very nice restaurants and shops. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this apartment to family and friends and they definitely would not be disappointed!
