アムステルダムのホテルに宿泊するにあたってエレベーターがないホテルは考えられませんでした。このホテルはエレベーターがあるのですが滞在時は故障していました。チェックインの際に宿泊する部屋が2階でしたがホテルのスタッフが部屋まで運んでくれました。チェックアウトの際もトランクをフロントまで運んでくれましたので非常に助かりました。ホテルの周りにスーパーが周りにないので水やビール、菓子などは地下の自動販売機を活用しました。部屋には２本のミネラルウオーターがありますが。 朝食付きのプランでしたので地下のカフェで朝7時から10時までですがおいしかったしスタッフも親切でした。

アムステルダム中央駅からメトロで15分歩いてすぐでしたので移動のストレスはないです。レンブラントやフェルメールの作品で有名な国立美術館まであるいて15分くらいです。取り立てて問題点は思いつきません。

The room was clean, quiet and great for what we needed. Bed was super comfy and the bathroom was spacious. A/C was super cold! The staff were all really wonderful and very accommodating for our visit. Construction caused an issue with getting there from the tram but not the staff's fault. We paid for breakfast on 2 of the days and it was delicious. Water/juice/milk provided along with an assortment of hot & cold options and various breads/pastries. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay at other Ibis hotels. The staff was really wonderful and very professional and delightful!

The room was tiny, when you opened the bathroom door it blocked access to half the room. Also the sink was very shallow, and the tap was very low so it made it impossible to get any water into the kettle in the room and make tea or coffee. It also had no instructions in the room on how to dial the front desk.

The lady at the reception (I think her name is Danya) was very interested and smiling. She gave us a room with a view without paying extra for our room type. He took extra care of my daughter. She informed us about the places we can visit about the city. Rooms were very clean and spacious.

it’s close to center

it’s too small and not convenient for children to go with small stairs, room smell was very bad. it too much expensive for 2 nights. I won’t recommend to afford and it’s not worth.

The room was clean and big enough. The staff was always helpful and also gave us tips for the Kings Day. I also had a special request regarding invoices. This was handled perfectly fine, but took a few days.

it wasn’t clean. The sheets were dirty, the shower on the Room was too small and water will come out everywhere on the floor, the stairs to go up the room we’re too narrow and there was no breakfast.

This was a great hotel. Staff was extremely helpful and nice. They offer to hold your bags if you arrive early, but we got lucky, and our room was ready. It's close to a lot of things (Museums, Parks, Rembrandt Square, Albert Cuyp Market, Heineken Experience etc.) Plus, both the tram and the metro are super close too. There is laundry right around the corner and the supermarket is maybe a 5 min walk.

The only complaint I have is that the beds were a little hard for my liking but that doesn't mean others won't find them comfortable!

The staff was so wonderful; accommodating, helpful and kind. The location was great too. We walked to markets, restaurants, pubs, and museums easily.

There really isn't much to dislike. The value for the accommodation is very good.
